Made a curried butternut squash & carrot soup. This tray gave me 4 (1Cup) servings. The perfect portion & will be a breeze to thaw & reheat. A must have for making meal prep alot easier.
I purchased the silicon trays for food preservation like tomato paste, herbs in oil, and more. I have used them 3 times so far.What I like✅ Material and Quality: I love that they are silicone so they are safer for food and they are flexible to pop food out or to clean. They are really sturdy compared to other types that fold in on themselves when moving. These can easily be picked up without worry and the lid is great!✅ Size: these are large cubes so I can use for multiple things and fill to the amount I want. I was worried they would be small but when they arrived I was very happy.I honestly don’t have anything that I don’t like about this product. I would recommend.
Perfect for baby food prep! I try to prepare as many homemade baby foods as possible. I like to be able to pick my own ingredients and limit additives. The easiest way to do that is by making a bulk batch and freezing these cubes for later. They are really simple to clean when I’m done and they store easily. I plan to begin using them for homemade broth and pre-cooked rice portions. I would definitely recommend these pretty silicone trays for baby meal prep especially!
1/2 Cup Silicone Freezer Tray needs to be set on tray or baking sheet to transport to freezer.Lid no as tight as I would have hoped.
The lid is kind of hard to affix securely, but these are great for freezing portions of beans, rice, or other foods for easy meal prep. I just have to keep my sister from constantly stealing them to use for ice cubes XD
Good quality ice trays, easy to take out ice and easy to clean. The lid seals securely so it prevents spills and the ice has no food smells.
I freeze a lot of homemade broth in 24 oz canning jars. It works great because those "asparagus" jars don't narrow at the top so they seldom break. But the jars take up a lot of freezer space and sometimes I need much less than 3 cups of broth. These 1/2 cup silicone freezer trays are perfect. The silicone material and straight sides mean the cubes pop out easily. The included lids mean I have the option to fill and freeze in the same container OR remove the cubes to a different container. These silicone molds are an excellent addition to my kitchen!
