Extremely useful silicone freezer trays with 1-Tb sections. Versatile, functional, durable.
I love, love, love these silicone freezer containers. It is a great way to pre-measure ingredients you might use often. I have made cubes of tomato paste, lemon juice, salad dressings, yogurt, bbq sauce, and other condiments, fruit juices and purees, so that I can pop them into a dressing or sauce recipe in my little blender. Great for additions to protein drinks too. So easy to control the amount you are adding when you have these 1-Tablespoon cubes. These containers are easy to fill and easy to remove the contents of just one compartment at a time (push up from the bottom). However, I find them most useful if I fill all the compartments with the same thing, freeze, then pop them all out to store in a bag in the freezer. I wash these by hand, but you could put them in a dishwasher, if you are inclined.I took a few pictures to show you what I received: 1- as it arrived, in packaging; 2- out of package, lids on, w ruler; 3- bottom side, w ruler; 4- closeup, flexible lid fits around flange of bottom piece; 5- closeup of sections w ruler.The price for these silicone freezer containers might seem high, but you are likely to use them constantly. Nice Flexible Freezer Molds, Perfect for Storing Garlic and Tomatoe Paste for Food Prep
I’ve been using these silicone freezer molds and they’ve been incredibly handy in my kitchen. The 1 tablespoon size is perfect for portioning things like garlic, ginger, tomato paste, and pesto. Sturdy silicone molds ideal for small sauce portions
These silicone freezer molds are surprisingly sturdy for a flexible tray. The lid does take some effort to seat properly since it is very floppy and needs to hook carefully around the edge of the tray. The dividers between each cube are slightly warped and curved, but this does not affect how the trays function. Each cube holds one tablespoon of liquid, which makes them perfect for freezing single serving dipping sauces or concentrated sauces like pesto. All of the cubes release easily after freezing.Overall, these molds work very well for freezing small portions of liquids and are easy to recommend for that purpose.

YEEAH I love these things!I used to use my 1 cup ones for my homemade chicken broth but started using these so I could just pop them out and add smaller amounts to my meals! I was able to use these last night to add 2 Tbsp to my meal instead of having to cut down my 1 cup blocks.These are study, easy to slide in the freezer, and are made out of high quality silicone that won't break down after only a few uses. Great for freezing minced garlic and Tomatoe paste
I buy garlic in bulk, mince them in a food processor for easy use when I’m cooking. Problem is I buy so much at a time (better price) and can’t use it up fresh in time. This is so handy to have in a busy kitchen. You just freeze up your minced garlic in these 1 tablespoon squares. Once frozen, take them out and pop them into a zip loc bag. When ready to use, you just take one out at a time. A huge time saver and convenience! I also plan to use them for tomato paste as I definitely never use a whole can at once. I think the molds will pay for themselves very quickly in less wasted food.
