Very good
Well made. Sturdy. Great for freezing portions of minced garlic, tomato paste, miso, etc. I like that the bottom layer is three dimensional rather than flat allowing you to more easily pop out the content of the cells once frozen. Not exactly the cheapest at $50 for three. Haven’t seen anything else that makes it much better than other silicone trays to warrant then price, imo. 4 stars.
I have a bunch of different variety of these these and I really like this style. Each cell is a tablespoon so it's easy to portion things out for cooking. It also comes with a lid to help with any kind of ice crystals freezing or anything on the surface of it and protecting it from others smells and spills or stacking. It's not the thickest silicone so I feel like I've noticed sometimes getting a cube out can be a little tricky like liquid or whatever in them swells a bit so the walls go with it and then it can be a little harder to get out but overall just takes a little muscle power to pop it out. All in all I like it it's kind of nice design and seems like it's good quality
These freezer molds help save time with preparation and also can just be used for making ice cubes. The sizes are perfect between the small and large. The lids prevent spilling and also help keep things from falling in. It also helps with stacking. Very functional, easy to remove contents and clean.
I’ve been using Becokit trays for a while now and these smaller ones are my new favorite. I wanted something for all those little leftovers that usually go to waste, like tomato paste, adobo sauce, concentrated broths, and fresh lemon juice. These make perfect one-tablespoon cubes I can toss into whatever I’m cooking later. Especially handy in those “meal for one, cooking in a silicone steamer in the microwave” type situations. The frozen cubes pop out easily, freeze evenly, and I like the flexible lids that flex if you overfill your section to accommodate for the extra height from the freezing process. I’ve been using them for everything from herb butter and pan drippings to leftover fruit purée (strawberry) for future desserts or to add to tea. They’re especially handy when I need just a touch of flavor instead of a full-sized portion from the bigger trays. They’ve basically turned my freezer into a flavor library. If you like zero-waste cooking or meal prep, you’ll get a ton of use out of these. Simple, practical, and they do exactly what they should.
These will be perfect cube trays for making a variety of flavored frozen cubes. I plan to make ginger root cubes for smoothies, tomato paste cubes for thickening, and lemon and lime cubes for drinks. They don't have to be just for freezing items either, if you're into making resin casts for craft projects, these would work. The Possibilities are endless. The silicone will make the cubes easily push out into a sealable bag for freezing or storing. The size of the cubes is perfect for the right amount of flavor. The trays are small but mighty, and easily stack on top of one another in the freezer as well.If you're looking for a practical, multi-purpose, affordable product that won't break the bank, as well as a compact product that doesn't take up a lot of space for its purpose, then this is the perfect product to add to your kitchen.
