Best nonstick pan ever!
The best truly nonstick pan I have ever owned! It is strong and durable, and the nonstick surface resists scratches and no food burned or stuck after cooking, even at hi temperatures. Very easy to wipe clean. I think it is the most incredible pan for the cost. So happy with it, and I highly recommend it. I’ve tried so many Teflon, ceramic, etc. nonstick claimed pans but this one is the very best available anywhere.

Works as expected
Got this and washed it and immediately fried an egg. It did not stick at all, so the non-stick test passed.Although the listing only mentions it being aluminum, which made me concerned it might not work on induction, it does indeed have a ferrous layer so you can use it with an induction cooktop.Because the handle is metal, it can get hot, but it has a hole near the pan to reduce heat conductivity, so the heat mostly just stays near the pan. But I prefer pans with non-metallic handles. Also, the handle is riveted in rather than bolted in, so you can't easily remove it when it comes time to recycle the pan (ceramic non-stick pans rarely last me more than a couple years so then like to remove the handle to use them as a saucer for potted plants, but that's not possible with this one). It's maybe a little overpriced compared to other similar pans, but it works just fine.

Great non-stick ceramic skillet
This is a very nice skillet. The interior finish is completely smooth and when used as recommended is completely non-stick. The exterior finish isn't non-stick, but it does clean up easily. It works very well on my glass top electric stove. The aluminum body conducts heat well and the pan heats very evenly. Even though the majority of the pan is aluminum, it has an induction-ready ring of steel bonded into the bottom of the skillet. (I checked with a small magnet). It should work just fine on any type of stove. I have used it a few times with medium high heat without any apparent warping or wear on the ceramic coating. I do use nylon tools since there's no reason to risk unnecessary scratches. This skillet is great for eggs of any sort. It's especially good for scrambles or omelets. If you cook fried eggs, you still need a little fat in the pan-- eggs just need some fat to fry properly. The pan is also great for sauteing small quantities of vegetables. Though I'm not skilled enough to flip an egg or an omelet, the shape of the pan is perfect for tossing and flipping sauteing chopped vegetables.Eight inch skillets are for smaller amounts of food. Everybody should have an eight inch and a ten inch skillet at a minimum! This skillet is not for searing or other high temperature cooking, though. For that you'd want cast iron or carbon steel (like a wok). Non-stick coatings of any type just aren't made for the highest temperature cooking. Used for the appropriate types of cooking, this pan is fantastic.I think this skillet is an excellent choice. It is on the more expensive side, but it will cook better be more durable than any $10 skillet from anywhere. Sometimes, you do actually get what you pay for.

Great for eggs
This is a great little non-stick pan for cooking eggs - fried, scrambled, or omelettes. It never sticks, and the heat distribution is excellent. The size is also great for eggs, but a little small for other uses.

Great Frying Pan, but Smaller Than Expected
I recently purchased the Swiflon KFCC 8" Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan and while it has some great qualities, it was smaller than I anticipated. Despite the size, it still works wonderfully for cooking quick meals like eggs and omelets. The nonstick surface is impressive—food doesn’t stick, making it super easy to clean afterward. I really appreciate that I don’t have to worry about scrubbing after every use, which is a big plus for me.The pan heats up quickly, so I’m able to cook my meals in a short amount of time. Whether I’m making a quick breakfast or frying up a snack, the pan performs well. It's also very versatile since it’s oven-safe and dishwasher-safe, so it’s easy to maintain. However, it might not be ideal for those looking to cook larger meals as the 8" size can feel a bit limiting if you're cooking for more than one person or want to prepare larger portions.Another great feature is that it's PFAS-free, which gives me peace of mind knowing that it’s a safer option for cooking. The multi-layer aluminum core ensures even heat distribution, which is essential for getting that perfect omelet every time. Plus, I can toss it in the dishwasher without worrying about damaging the nonstick surface.Overall, the Swiflon 8" Ceramic Frying Pan is a solid choice for those who need a smaller, easy-to-use skillet for everyday cooking. Just keep in mind that if you’re looking for a larger pan, this one may not meet your needs. But for quick meals and easy cleanup, it’s a great option.
