This is just what I wanted to be able to cut my cheesecakes with. Long enough to easily cut across all the sizes of cakes I make. Due to the thinness of the blade, it made nice cuts. Knife is long, but balanced. I do recommend hand washing and not in the dishwasher, as the heat may affect the handle.
It's thin flexible long and cheap, it's not too sharp so you will have to sharpen it will still cut, the handle is small.

It is not the same size as other carving knifes yes it is 14 inches but the width of the blade it self is incredibly tiny and the blade is extremely thin it causes the whole sheet to bend if you do buy this be careful on its usage also not sure if it was just my delivery location but the shipping was very terrible i had next day delivery from prime but for what ever reason i received my order almost 2 weeks later ??

I love these, its cheaper than other brand, my wife used it all the time when she slice meat.It's also a bounce to have the fork. The length is perfect to slice turkey and chicken and even does well on beef. There is nothing wrong and is sharp. Well worth the investment.
