I very rarely do reviews, however, once in a while you come across a company that genuinely cares about their products and provides great customer service that it would be unjust not to provide one. Spmarkt is such a company. From the moment you purchase their product(s) you receive an email thanking you for the purchase and letting you know to contact them if there are any issues. Their baking pans are not just functional and quality products but they are also lovely to look at due to their various designs and colors. I have two of the springform pans and two of the muffin pans. I was so impressed with the first springform pan I purchased that I wanted another one. I love the glass bottom in particular because it’s lovely to serve your bake goods on without transferring to a plate. The muffin pans were also top notch, however, I did have an issue with one of the lids (Yes! The muffin pans come with lids and handles). I contacted the seller and the issue was taken care of without any hesitation. I was informed that they welcome customer feedback as that allows them to update their products and address any concerns when needed. It is refreshing to find good old fashioned customer care and support these days. I wholeheartedly recommend Spmarkt and would 100% purchase more of their products. Thanks Juce. A red silicone rim rits perfectly around the glass bottom. Easy to remove and clean too.The closing clasp works well and holds securely, a nice tight closure.This pan is pricier than most springform pans but you're getting so much more! Leakproof is a lie and customer service is non existent

Product doesn't block water. It leaks right where the spring pan is separated to be a "spring pan". Tried to re seat the seal and re set the spring pan glass bottom to the top. Rotated and couldn't get it to be leakproof. Reached out to customer service and no response after 11 days. Customer service is as good as the product. Returning for refund.
