Really Nice Pan
I got this Stainless Steele Non-Stick Crepes Pan because I wanted to make crepes sometime. My Grandmother used to make them for me when I was young and I loved them. I just found her recipe for her crepes mix, so I wanted to try and make them for my Granddaughter. This is a really nice pan, non-stick. You do have to assemble the handle, but that took me maybe 1 minute. Comes with everything you need to assemble it.This is a well made, durable, sturdy pan that will last a long while. This pan would be great for crepes, pancakes or just about anything. Easy to use and easy to clean. Has a small lip all the way around the pan. Handle is easy to hold and doesn't get hot. Inside the pan has a pretty design too.I know the price seems a little high for this pan, but it is nice and durable. Great for crepes and such. I do recommend it. This is a well-made crepe pan that looks as good as it performs. The pan is solid with a non-stick hex-patterend surface. A light coat of butter between each one is all it takes to produce beautifully cooked crepes. I would love it if all of my pans were this good.

This is the ultimate crêpe pan or tava, and works for tortillas and pancakes. It takes only the smallest amount of oil to lubricate it. The small amount I used initially was enough to make my dosa float off the pan as I was attempting to pour it. I still got a lovely pancake, just not the thin one I was looking for. The pan heats beautifully, and holds the heat much better than an aluminum one with a steel plate on the base, resulting in greater ease in creating lovely, thin and crispy crêpes and dosas, and beautiful pancakes, without as much fat/oil in them.
