I bought an instant pot on the Internet from a reseller. Not knowing that it was stored in their basement. This was a lifesaver! Unfortunately, because it was stored in the basement, the gasket and internal parts smelt a little bit like mildew. Even after trying to clean, I could not get the smell removed. So I had to replace all of the internal parts. This worked like a charm! Plus, it’s always good to replace parts anyways because moisture does get in there and unfortunately mold can grow although naked to the eye it’s still present. I will continue to buy these.

Very convenient
I love my Instantpot and use it several times a week. I cook all sorts of food inside, some of which are very spicy. The silicone ring is obviously necessary to create the tight seal on the pot so we can cook under pressure. But, over time it gets discolored and holds the smells of dishes cooked in the past. Very unsatisfactory. When I saw this set to replace the seal I ordered it immediately. It fits perfectly and voila! No more smelly and discolored seal. And no more transfer of smells from one meal to the next. The other pieces in this set are for replacing the valve. I don't need that replaced yet but am very happy to have this in the future. My pot is getting old so it's only a matter of time before this valve starts to fail.

Instant pot replacement set.
This instant pot replacement set is the perfect bundle. It includes everything you may need to replace one day on your instant pot. I originally needed a new ring so when I saw this I figured it would be good to have on hand since all those other pieces are so small. I have already lost several of the pieces several times so now I will have backups. They do all fit and work as intended for the 8 quart Duo. This was the perfect replacement set for anyone that has this machine because the last thing you want is to lose one of those pieces and not have a backup. Each piece is essential. The machine will not work as intended without them. This was a great set at an extremely reasonable price.

I received this 10 piece 8qt Instant Pot replacement set and it included 1 Silicone Sealing Ring, 1 Steam Release Valve,1 Float Valve, 3 Float Valve Gaskets, an Anti-Block Shield, an Anti-Block Shroud Bracket, and 2 Valve Sealing Rings. This kit is everything you need for regular maintenance on your Instant Pot.I have the 8qt Duo and the silicone seal snapped right into place. It's important to keep the seal regularly replaced because steam exiting through a leaky seal can cause your food to burn if the liquids evaporate, ruining a meal.All the other gaskets and valves are identical to the factory parts.I use my Instant Pot regularly for things like steamed eggs in their shell and curries. No way would I want to use the same seal for those and plain rice or a steamed sweet dessert. I don't want flavors to mingle like that.

I use my Instant Pot for all kinds of cooking, including yoghurt making. If you ever make chili, the aroma of cumin will remain in the silicone seal forever so it pays to have a spare! Recently, the valve that sits on top of the steam vent got into the waste disposal. It survived but it's not pretty - I'm happy to have a replacement plus other parts that I can use before I really need them vs when I'm trying to get something cooked in a hurry. Good value and very useful.

For 8 qt instant pot
Inexpensive way to get your instant pot working like new.Mine was being finicky in coming up to pressure, I would have to hold the lid down until the valve popped up.I figured it was the silicone ring that needed to be replaced, but this kit came with everything.Unfortunately, mine is the 6 quart so the silicone ring in this kit was too big… but that didn’t really matter, all the other parts fit still! The new floater valve is taller but works in the exact same way as the original.There are no instructions so I had to look it up online. Please see my video that will at least show you how to change the floater valve, seal and cap. It was very simple!If you have the 8qt instant pot these parts are a perfect fit and very inexpensive.
