Compostable = Zero cleanup! Super strong! MASSIVE number of plates! Awesome for fajitas!
These were an absolute HIT at our family party for the "big game". As with most family get togethers, there were tons of sides, but I had fired up the flat iron griddle and made TONS of fajita chicken. With a couple bags of tortillas handy, family members could just come up to the grill, grab a plate, slip a couple tortillas into the slots, pass me their plate and I could load them up with chicken, peppers, and onions. These plates are EXTREMELY sturdy and we didn't have a single "incident" with some heavily overloaded plates! The BEST part is that with my city having an "organics/compostable" trash collection service, all the plates, even with left-over food, could go straight into the green "compost" bin! Clean-up was a breeze!Yes, these are a little bit on the pricey side at $46.99 for 100, but I think what makes it look that way is because there are SO MANY of the plates! I have enough left for AT LEAST two more big BBQ's. When compared to others, the price checks out as fair. Knowing that these work as well as they do, and there is ZERO cleanup after a HUGE BBQ, just not having to scrape plates makes these seem like an awesome value for the money! I FULLY recommend these and give them the FULL five stars!

Deep, sturdy, holds both hard and soft tacos upright, doesn't leak, stable
These work quite well - please see pictures! Some of us had hard shell and some soft, and the holders held everything upright and in place, even when the hard shells cracked. The paper is thick, the tray is deep and holds plenty of rice and beans or chips or salsa or whatever, it doesn't bend when you pick up the tray even if it is laden, doesn't get all flimsy with grease or liquids. The homemade guac, regular salsa and the thin stuff you get at the place that rhymes with Maco Tell all created zero issues. I'm not going to sit around and watch it decompose, but it is the usual heavy paper-running-to-cardboard biodegradable products are made from.The only thing I wish is that they were slightly bigger. The two compartments on the side hold a decent amount of chips and salsa/guac, but I like a lot of chips. But they are great trays.
