I really like this titanium cutting board—it’s beautifully made and feels incredibly durable. This is a good size, and it comes with a matt to keep it from sliding around while in use. It is metal, so it seems pretty durable, and it is easy to clean off after use. I was concerned with how this might damage knifes, as its metal on metal, but a little research shows that knife steel is stronger than titanium, or rather titanium is softer than hardened steel, so your blade won't dull using it.My review process: 5*- Blew me away, features that are much better than anticipated (rare). 4*- Product is as expected, and good quality. This is a STRONG review. 3* - Product should function, but has minor flaws. Great alternative to plastic!
I’ve used a list of cutting boards in 35 years of cooking. Wood, plastic, silicone, epicurean… All kinds and shapes. But with this item I feel like I found the ultimate solution to avoid toxic components while cutting food. I live the cleanliness of metal. I’m not sure the board is titanium. It looks more stainless steel to me, but it does the job. I’m very observant of scratches and dents, but so far so good. This size is good for quick jobs but I prefer a bigger size for more advanced cooking.
