Does not fit Hakka 7lb/3l sausage stuffer
I had gotten this as I've read a lot of reviews that the 10mm tube size is perfect for snack sticks and the smallest tube that came with my Hakka is a 16mm. Yes, I agree the tube size is the perfect diameter for making snack sticks but, unfortunately this does not fit my Hakka 7lb/3l sausage stuffer so I think some of the info fed to Rufus is inaccurate. The base on this is too wide so it doesn't fit inside the retainer ring and the shape of the tube is entirely different (unsure if that would make a difference). When I asked Rufus if it fit Hakka 7lb/3L sausage stuffer his response was "Yes, the 10mm Stainless Steel Sausage Stuffing Tube is compatible with the Hakka 7lb/3L sausage stuffer. It's designed as a #5 stuffer tube, and Hakka stuffers use #5 tubes, so they're a good match. This tube has a 10mm outer diameter and 8mm inner diameter, making it perfect for small sausages and snack sticks with your Hakka stuffer." I measured the diameter of this tube vs the ones that came with my stuffer and this measures roughly 2¼" whereas the Hakka tubes are roughly 2⅛" (product description indicates 2.05" whatever that really is). The overall quality is good and the stainless appears to be as thick as the tubes that came with my stuffer, however, the weld point isn't the cleanest but does not feel weak. My suggestion is you measure first otherwise you'll be returning which, unfortunately, I can't do.
