It's an ok chopper
Sturdy meat chopper. I use it for mixing the meat and such for meatloaf or making homemade patties....it also works well for mashing bananas. Honestly I don't really love it or need it as much as I expected. But it's dishwasher safe and does what it is supposed to. It's easy enough to use and size is good. I don't believe it will be super high heat resistant and it is definitely potentially breakable.buf I'm not putting it through too much abuse so I'm not worried. If this is a tool you would use a lot and put a lot of stress on, go for bigger quality. Ut if you just want one to try, this works well.

I have bought meat washers multiple times and keep giving them away! I recommend black, as my first one matched my other utensils (light teal/mint) and it started to look pretty gross after a short time! It was still quite functional, but sadly went to the trash for visual appeal reasons. Other than color, breaks meat apart beautifully, to a fine crumble!
