Amazing amount of tool for the price! I tend to use these more than the pasta machine itself because they are easier to clean.

My niece and I had a fabulous time learning how to make pasta. This kit had everything we needed and more.
I was super excited about the wide variety of tools offered in this grouping, from the hanging rack to the gnocchi board. After using, I must offer a word of warning about the overall quality of the items though.First, the positives: the pastry scraper is great. Sturdy construction and with a good strong edge and I appreciate the measuring lines etched on one edge. The pasta dryer folds down nicely for very compact storage which is a must in my smaller kitchen. The rolling pins are a nice length; not too short. The gnocchi board works great for it's purpose. The downsides: The pasta dryer is a bit flimsy and requires a firm touch to snap it all together. There are no instructions provided, but it was easy to figure out. I've attached a video showing how it snaps together and apart quickly; also visible though is the one arm that immediately broke the first time using, since it just has some small tab to support the arms. The overall height of the dryer was a touch short for our preferred long length of pasta, but that's workable. The quality of the wood on all pieces is not super smooth; easy enough to give a quick sand to fully smooth out.The ravioli cutters are fairly blunt for their use. To properly and cleanly cut through the dough it requires some real working back and forth carefully and with some force. Compared to ones I've owned before, I would prefer if they were a little sharper edges so less force was needed. The dumpling press is pretty unusable. The construction along the back has fairly narrow edges, so any force needed to press dough edges together tends to hurt the hand. Again, the inside edge is pretty blunt and does not easily cut/trim the dough. So while the huge assortment is appealing, be aware that the individual quality of the pieces is less than stellar. I would have probably rated lower except I do really like the pastry cutter and will get more use out of the pasta dryer, even though it did partially break.
