Nice little pan
This is a nice little frying pan, perfect for making eggs and cooking small meals. I like that it's not too heavy which makes it easy to handle. It heats evenly but should only be used on low and medium heat to keep it nice. I also love the color, its white and with a silver handle. Well made and sturdy. It is definitely a quality pan. The non stick works fine with just a little oil or butter and not super high heat. So far it's been nice. I like that it doesn't have any of the harsh chemicals other non stick pans do, this one has a ceramic coating and it's very nice. It's also easy to clean, I don't put in on the dish washer but hand washing is easy enough. Overall a good solid product for a good price.

Decent little starter pan
My niece is currently living in my condo while she's in college, and I've been helping her collect a few necessary items for when she gets her own place after school. I've also been teaching her to cook, since I've done catering as a side gig for 20+ years. So I've been picking up cooking gear as I can. As a caterer, I tend to stick to the traditional non-stick pans, since they're super reliable, and generally have a better surface than ceramic. But I have to say, ceramic pans have gotten a LOT better since they first came out years ago. This pan has a really nice surface, that looks good and works pretty well. It's not as non-stick as Teflon, but with a little oil, it does well. The surface seems more durable than Teflon for sure, so it should resist scratching and gouging better, but I would still avoid metal tools, and it seems to heat up about as evenly as my other non-stick pans, since they're both just aluminum at their core, although this one says it has an induction compatible base, which I haven't tried yet. If that works well, that would be a decent advantage over my normal Excalibur pans. One other advantage this has over traditional nonstick, or even raw cast iron, is that the interior is white. That matters when you're making things like caramel, or trying to build a fond for a pan sauce. Against a black nonstick surface, you can't see the subtle shades of brown that you need to correctly cook those things. I this pan, it's easy to see those colors against a white background. So in addition to just looking really nice, the white interior actually serves a valuable cooking purpose too. Overall, for 50 bucks, this is a really nice pan at a really great price. I still prefer traditional non-stick for catering, because it's all about speed and simplicity, but for a typical home user, even one who cooks quite a bit, this should work really nicely.

Paint came off after first use
Products paint began coming off after first use. We cooked eggs in it. Photo of two spots on the pan and the stove top with the paint on it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have no clue what type of paint was used. I hope my wife and I do not get sick.
