High Quality Grill Pan
We needed a new grill pan. Our old pan set was one of those where you get like six or seven pots and pans but only two handles and you can remove the handle from one pan and use it on another. Which sounds great until you realize that the handles don't last anywhere near as long as the pans do. And here we are. As a result I'm always on the lookout for good pans and this one definitely fits the bill.This little grill pan came with the handle unattached and I was nervous for a second but then I realized that all we had to do was screw it together (with the included adorable little screwdriver) and it was securely attached for good.The pan is durable and seems to be made of high quality material but at the same time it's not overly heavy to the point of being cumbersome. The handle is sturdy and well made. I love the pour spouts on either side as they've come in handy more times than I can count already to drain off grease and stuff.The nonstick quality of the pan is wonderful. We haven't had a problem with anything sticking yet and the pan cleans up quickly and easily. It cooks evenly, leaving little grill marks in everything it prepares (which, I guess is what it's supposed to do since it's in the name, but still...I always find that kinda cool).One last thing is the look of the pan. The handle LOOKING like it's kind of at an angle (but not really BEING at an angle) is intriguing and unique. We're easily amused, I know, but that's definitely a (totally unrelated to how it cooks) selling point for us.Overall we're both fans of this pan and would definitely recommend it.

Very nice grill pan set
This EvoFar Grill Pan seems really nice with ample room to pan grill a couple good sized steaks or 4 large burgers. Even bacon could be grilled in this pan for sure! I love how smooth the interior is and the pour spouts on both sides of the pan to easily pour off excess grease or liquids. It comes with two utensils; a basting brush and tongs. It has some weight which is nice but it is not overly heavy. The handle comes detached and you must screw it on. They include a handy screwdriver for this task but hubby used a stronger one that he said would do the job better. The screw sort of goes into a channel hidden in the handle and you tighten the screw until it grips tightly. After that it is very secure and not visible. What I like is that the pan interior is said to have a granite coating that is PFOA free and can be used on gas, electric, induction or even your BBQ grill. The pan itself is aluminum. Although they don’t mention it, it also comes with a felt-like pan protector that you lay in the pan to protect it from scratching when (or if) you stack other pans on it for storage. I have some of those for my other pans and they are great to have on hand. One thing I want to mention is that it is not dishwasher safe, you will need to wash it out by hand. But myself, I wash all my pans by hand so it is not a problem for me. Non-stick lasts much longer if you wash by hand, I have found.

Great pan
This nonstick grill pan is a great alternative to your outdoor grill. It looks nice and sleek and is a good size. I used this on my gas oven and was able to fit 2 decent sized steaks in this pan. When cooking the steaks it distributed to heat evenly, but I wish it would've given a little bit better of a sear. It was super easy to clean though. The utensils it comes with are ok. I have no issues with the silicone brush, but the tongs are a bit difficult to open and close. The piece that you push and pull at the end isn't smooth and tries to get stuck. It also gets a white film after you wash it. I've had some silicone items do that, but it always annoying when it does. The pan itself is great, the utensils are meh.
