Sturdy
When my plastic version started to leave debris behind (ie microplastics in my meat!) I ordered these. They seem sturdy and I am excited to put them to use.

Love this!!! I had a plastic one for years but this chops the meat easier and has no plastic which is great if you’re trying to eliminate plastics when cooking! I conditioned the handle with avocado oil.
I actually got this masher because one of our go-to dinners is ground turkey with a baked potato. My husband was always breaking up the meat with a silicone or plastic spatula. It worked, but it took forever and the meat would cook unevenly. Surprisingly, switching to this masher has made cooking dinner noticeably easier and honestly, more enjoyable. The tool does a great job breaking up ground meat quickly and evenly. I’ve used it on both ground turkey and beef, and it had no problem handling larger clumps. The blades aren’t sharp in a cutting sense; the edges are more comparable to a butter knife. So don’t expect it to slice through solid foods. Instead, it’s designed to press, mash, and break apart softer foods, including cooked ground meat, pre-boiled or steamed vegetables, and other soft ingredients. The wooden handle is comfortable to hold and gives good leverage without feeling bulky. One thing to note, because the blades are metal, it’s not ideal for ceramic or non-stick cookware since it could scratch the surface. We mainly use it with our stainless steel and cast-iron pans, where it works perfectly. It also doesn’t take up much space. We hang it on our pegboard, and it fits right in with all our other kitchenware.Overall, this is a sturdy, well-made kitchen tool that does exactly what it’s supposed to do and does it well.
Love it
I removed 2 stars because this idea was not well thought out for a kitchen utelsil that works in raw meat.As other reviews have mentioned, there is a gap in the metal where meat can easily get down in and make it impossible to clean out. Making it a nice bredding ground for ickyness.I would say after 2-3 uses, its going to get gross. After my first use, I could see it all caked inside. I was able to get it out with the high presure from the sink. But, I dont think it will work for all of it.Now, if it was dishwasher safe, This would be fine. BUT, the handle is bamboo... and you cant run bamboo through a dishwasher. So, it makes it not a permanent tool in the kitchen because after a few uses, youre going to have to throw it out.Unless of course you like shoving rotted dried meat back into the freh meat youre cooking.I would look elsewhere for this type of gadget. After seeing the amount of meat that got stuck inside after 1 use, I cant even imagine the build up after a few plus shoving meat farther inside trying to wash it with a sponge.
This 11-inch stainless steel meat masher is a robust and practical tool for anyone who cooks ground meats regularly. The multi-blade design gives you excellent leverage and consistent pressure, making it easy to break up and mash meat evenly in a skillet or pan. Whether you’re preparing burgers, tacos, chili, or sauces, it helps speed up the process and ensures uniform texture. The stainless steel construction feels durable and well-made, with sturdy blades that don’t bend or warp under pressure. The handle has a comfortable grip that lets you work through heavier batches without fatigue. The overall weight and balance make it feel solid in your hand while still being easy to maneuver.Cleanup is simple since the smooth stainless surface wipes clean easily or can go straight into the dishwasher. There aren’t many nooks or crevices to trap food, which is a big advantage compared with some masher designs that can be harder to clean.Overall, this meat masher offers great performance and durability. It’s a reliable kitchen tool that makes preparing ground meat faster and more efficient. If you cook a lot of meat dishes, it’s a worthwhile addition to your cookware arsenal.
This 11 inch stainless steel meat. Masher was another kitchen tool that I didn’t know existed or that I needed, but I love it.I usually just use a spatula to break up Meat as as I’m cooking. The hard steel blades make the job much easier and they break up the meat much better. The wood handle is nice. It’s very easy to grip and the length is perfect for the job.The product seems to be a very high-quality and very well-madeMy only caution is that I can’t and you wouldn’t want to use this in your pots and pans with nonstick coating as it’ll scratch them up super quickly. It’s best used and cook where that’s made of stainless steel, cast-iron or some other hard metal that will resist the scratching.
