Great non-stick pan that makes a great skillet. Feels sturdy and well made.
I am very pleased with this pan. Of my many hobbies cooking is my favorite. If you have good quality products to work with, it makes it even better. This pan is made of good quality and I have had no issues with wear and tear in the time I have been using it.I did read the directions on how to use it and have been following those. It does heat quickly so as suggested do not use high heat on it. I have found that I only have to use a heat seating of 4 or so on this pan (10 being the hottest). While it does not take too much heat to cook with, it does cook very evenly. Anywhere the pan is on the burner it heats evenly. It is also very non-stick. Nothing I have cooked has stuck to it, nor has clean-up been an issue. Sometimes I have even been able to just wipe it out (like you see on the info commercials) and then use it again. Now that is only when I am cooking similar items, but really it does clean super easily no matter how you do it.I am a big cast iron user for my cooking, but this pan is one that I am regularly using instead. It is lighter and non-stick with very little or even no oil used. It also takes less heat when you are cooking. I also like that you can go from stove top to oven. Anything that is multi-purpose is great to have around. The handle is well attached and even when cooking something heavy does not give or wobble. The handle stays cool enough to hold as well when used on the stove top (I have only used moderate heat). Now obviously when used in the oven the handle also will get hot.As far as food safety goes for the product it is supposed to be non-reactive, has a high heat tolerance and should not leach harmful substances into your food. Just as a side note ... most knee replacements are made from titanium and have been that way for decades.I have not put it through the dishwasher as most cookware should not be to extend its lifespan. I will not use metal objects to stir or serve either. I am not sure if it would hold up to it or not, but it has become one of my favorite pans and I want it to last as long as possible. As far as sizing goes I would say that it is big enough to fix food for a family of 4 or so. I am single and sometimes wish it was a bit smaller, but other times I have used it to its full capacity.

Terrific quality at a fantastic (current) price
This 11-inch stainless steel skillet came well-packaged with Styrofoam and bubble wrap to prevent damage. The main part of the pan was shrink-wrapped separately and the package included a Ziplock bag with the handle, two nuts and a wrench to screw them on, as well as detailed instructions. The instructions were not for putting on the bolts, since that was fairly straightforward; rather, they were for usage and precautions, heating and cleaning (see photo). The pan is large, quite deep and beautiful; the bottom came highly polished so it reflected like a mirror. The handle is an elegant design, feels good, and has a hanging loop. One teeny gripe is that the bottom of the end of the handle is a bit rough, so there is a tiny, sharp bump. This is admittedly not something most people would likely notice, but I’m a bit overly cautious about getting cuts because I’m on hefty blood thinners and bleed profusely at the most minor scratch. Also, although the seller touts this pan as lightweight, I think that must be in comparison with, say, a cast iron pan. In my opinion, this is a relatively heavy pan, even for its size. I actually like that because I think it signifies higher quality (and my AI buddy, MS CoPilot, mostly agrees with me), but my 92-year-old mother with arthritic hands and wrists is afraid to use it because she thinks she’ll drop it. So the weight may be something to consider if you’re purchasing this as a gift for a person who is old, young or otherwise may have trouble holding a heavy object with one hand. Otherwise, though, the pan works very well; in particular, I was concerned with how nonstick it would be, but given what I’ve cooked in the pan thus far (e.g., egg fried rice), it’s been great. The pan is made from 18/10 stainless steel, which is more durable than regular stainless steel. The 18/10 refers to the fact that it contains 18% chromium (making the steel stronger and more rust-resistant) and 10% nickel (making the pan shinier and more resistant to corrosion, so it stays shinier over time). The pan is not dishwasher-safe, but was easy to clean. I was concerned that the handle would get hot because it’s metal, but it stayed cool. Also titanium alloy apparently can sometimes have problems with uneven distribution of heat, but at least so far, I haven’t had that problem with this pan. My one quibble with the seller’s description is that it references a “lidded titanium alloy pot,” which is super-confusing because this is a frying pan with no lid. Overall, though, I think this pan is a fantastic deal, at least at the price when I ordered it ($9.99).

Excellent Heat Distribution & Truly Non-Stick
This 11-inch stainless steel skillet is a fantastic pan for everyday cooking. The 18/10 stainless steel with titanium alloy coating feels high quality and performs beautifully. It heats evenly across the flat bottom with no hot spots, making it great for eggs, vegetables, meat, and sauces. The non-stick surface works very well—food releases easily and cleanup is quick and simple. I also love that it’s compatible with all stovetops, including induction. The pan feels solid but not too heavy, and it hasn’t warped at all. Overall, a great combination of durability, performance, and easy maintenance.

Only the handle is titanium alloy.
This skillet is designed so that it can be broken down and transported more easily for camping. It comes disassembled, but comes with a mini-wrench for putting on the handle. I really liked the looks of the pan after assembly.Even though this skillet is fairly lightweight, so far as I can tell, only the handle seems to be titanium alloy, the skillet itself is stainless steel, so the description is a bit misleading. This skillet, being fairly thin, heats up quickly and the non-stick coating is effective, but it does scratch easily, so make sure to not use metal cooking implements on it. With the non-stick coating, it is also very easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.I'll try to remember to update this review if the non-stick coating should fail prematurely.
