This set is wonderful, the bowl is a perfect size and it comes ready for use, serving and storage! We'll made and dishwasher washer safe (except the wooden lid of course)I purchased the color black but it comes in other great colors.
Beautiful large serving bowl with lid and service ware. The lid fits very snug so you don’t have to worry about spilling. The bowl and lid clean up nicely. Perfect for many foods, especially salads. Good quality for the price.
This bowl is huge and the lid fits well, the bowl is thick and sturdy, it can be used for fruit salad, salads, spaghetti and the design is modern and the lid holds the serving utensils.
Good investment for me. I eat a 3-3.5QT bowl of minced produce almost every day, and had been using a plastic mixing bowl. Now I don’t have to worry about shaving tiny particles of plastic into my food every time I eat. The color is beautiful. The lid is kinda for show, as others have stated it doesn’t seal. I bet you could throw a band of thin adhesive rubber weather stripping around the base of the lid for a better fit, but the lid is just a bonus. Bowl was a little pricey but for something 8 will use indefinitely that’s good quality, good size and nice to look at, I’m keeping it for the long haul.
I had originally purchased this green bowl last year in April 2024. It is fantastic bowl for salads and other dishes and really like the lid covering and the utensils have a place on top of the lid. Unfortunately during a move couple of months ago, one of the utensils slip out and broke. I thought I would try to contact the seller to see if I could purchase replacement utensils. They were vere communicative from the beginging and sent me a set of utensils along with a new bowl. I was very surprised and pleased of the out come, when I really wasn't expecting any resolution. Especially with it being barely over a year later!!
I loved these so much! Had a party of 40 and got 2 of these!They're super cute and i honestly really like that I'm not losing the salad spoon/fork lol we put the bowl on top of the lid as a base!
Functionally this is awesome. I used it to bring a salad to thanks giving. We were able to search from it without it being an eye sore. The lid does seal though. I put it on the floor of my back seat for transportation and it did fine. The lid doesn’t just slide off but will easily fall of if the bowl is in its side. As well, the serving/mixing spoons are just set on top. I would have thought they’d be magnetic to add some grip but they just nestle in there. Overall I’ve kept it and it’s very good for a family sized salad you need to transport. But handle with care .
