Best wok, great price
I was so shocked when I opened my box and found the wok was bigger than I expected. It’s the size of the box- sides are high - no splatter, cooks even , no need to cure comes ready to use once you wash. It’s lightweight for its size, quality is exceptional, no need to worry about scratching, it’s scratch resistant, non stick and my meal was perfect- works better than my old wok and the bottom is flat works great on an electric range. The space is large enough to hold my chicken to the side as I cook my vegetables. I loved my purchase and all the utensils are a plus and the lid kept my food in the pot warm without adding moisture. Clean up was a breeze and actually tasted better than restaurant- thank you , oh forgot the chicken rice is right

Excellent wok-Read cleaning instructions carefully BEFORE you use!
Great quality and the accessories were a pleasant feature making this well worth the money spent. The wok functions perfectly as expected. The cleanup is simple but I suggest everyone read through the information that comes with it as the proper cleaning will impact how long this lasts. It’s not washed like a plate that you can wash with soap and water. Read short instructions booklet especially if you’ve never had a wok before. I love mine!!

A True Chef’s Wok – Beautiful, Balanced, and Built to Last
I’ve owned a few woks before, but this one from Leidawn is on another level. The craftsmanship is gorgeous—the hammered carbon steel catches the light like armor, and it feels solid yet perfectly balanced in the hand. The wooden handle stays cool and gives you great control when tossing food over high heat.I burned it twice intentionally to build the base layer, then seasoned it with avocado oil. Now it has that rich blue-gray patina that real woks are known for. Food just glides across the surface, and it keeps developing flavor with each use. You can feel the difference between this and the cheap coated pans—this one breathes with the flame. The set it comes with is awesome too: the spatula, whisk, bamboo brush, and chopsticks complete the experience. From stir-fries to searing meats, this wok heats evenly and reacts instantly to temperature changes. If you love cooking and want a wok that’ll last a lifetime and only get better with use—this is it. Worth every penny.

As Uncle Roger says, "Fuyoh!"
Great little wok, assembled very quickly after getting it, and was able to use it right away. The handle feels a little wobbly, but I just tightened the bolt down before each use to make sure it stays put. Food doesn't stick, so it makes it very easy to clean (not unlike cast iron), and the brush that comes with it is very handy for scrubbing it without ruining the wok. It's a little smaller than I would have liked, but still big enough to make fried rice for 4-ish people. Only reason for the loss of a star is the utensils that come with it: they're pretty flimsy, and two of them broke off at the handle after one use (ended up cutting my finger on the jagged metal mid-cooking). Still, the wok itself is good and we're very happy with it!

Great wok
You have to season carbon steel or it will quickly rust. This is the pay off for clean, non-toxic cooking. Thankfully it’s so easy to do and you only have to do it once for a lifetime of non-toxic, non-stick cooking. If you’re unfamiliar with the process, here are some basic instructions:1. Clean Your WokUse warm water and dish soap to scrub your wok clean. You may want to use an abrasive sponge to completely remove the initial layer of seasoning; just not steel wool.2. Test Your Wok to Make Sure It's CleanAfter you've washed your Wok for a while, use a paper towel to check for any remaining seasoning. Swipe a dry paper towel across the surface of the pan. If there's still residue on the Wok, you should keep scrubbing, but if the paper towel is clean, you can move on to the next step.3. Heat until color changeTransfer it to the stovetop heat over high flame until the wok changes color. You’re looking for a yellowish blueish hue. I expose all areas of the wok to the flame to achieve an over all color change. Place it on its sides, bottom, and turn it over. Once the color has changed all over, move on to the next step.4. Coat Your Wok In OilTurn Heat down to medium/low. Place a small amount of high-smoke-point oil (apx 1/2-1 teaspoon) around the interior of your wok. Using tongs, wipe dry, clean paper towels around the surface of the Wok. While it's best to use as little oil as possible, you should make sure that the Wok is fully coated in oil. Continue spreading and wiping with the paper towels until it’s fully coated in a very thin layer of oil.5.Set the seasoningTurn on your exhaust fan and let your wok heat for 7-10 min on medium/low.6. Wipe with clean paper towels. After the 7-10 mins is up, wipe out the entire wok with clean paper towels using tongs. You may have a black residue that wipes out of the wok. If so, repeat steps 3-6 up to three times until it wipes clean.7. Once a clean wipe is achieved, you’ll be left with a beautifully seasoned wok ready to cook with. Wash with soft side of sponge and warm water. It’s important to completely dry it after each washing. To do so, I first dry well with paper towels, and then place on stove over high heat until almost smoking to fully dry. Once cooled, add a thin layer of oil and wipe out thoroughly with paper towels before storing. This will keep your season strong and your wok happy.Happy stir frying!

I was so disappointed.
I bought this for a my husband for Christmas. He cooked me a meal and asked if he ruined it already...The inside has rust spots as if it wasn't sealed properly. There are some other significant wear marks on the inside as well. Looking burnt and worn out. There are streaks all over the outside and speckles peeling off the bottom as if it were years old.We have a glass stove top but these streaks appear to be fire cooking marks. He only used the utensils and cleaning supplies provided. It seems this Wok had been used, returned, then shipped to me. I was so sad to hear him go from the excitement of learning a new thing to thinking he messed up somehow, not the anxiety reducer I planned for 🥺
