Great muffin or cupcakes pan, easy to clean
This is a very good quality pan and accessories, and it is a great value. It has quickly become my preferred muffin pan due to its non-stick performance and unique foldable design.We made muffins, and they baked nicely and evenly. The biggest benefit is the release. The muffins and cupcakes released easily without sticking, much better than standard muffin pans or other silicone pans I have had. We did not need to adjust baking times compared to using metal pans. The metal reinforced frame held the shape of the pan great even when full of batter/muffins, and it is a great feature.I do not have a lot of cabinet space in my small kitchen, so being able to lay this pan flat makes it fit much better with other things like cookie sheets and makes a big difference in my kitchen. Expanding it is as simple as popping the shapes out. To fold them flat, I found the best way to do it is to push them all the way inside out and then flatten them, which is fairly easy. It stays secure when stored with other baking sheets.The feel and thickness of the silicone seems like it is good quality. After multiple uses, there are no signs of wear. The pan and the liners and accessories have performed great in the dishwasher.I think that all of the accessories were useful, and they are also easy to clean. I am glad they are included as they are good quality tools, not just clutter for me. The extra silicone muffin cups seem a little thinner than others I have had in the past, but they are also easier to work with. Muffins and cupcakes come out of them really easily and do not stick in the crevices like others I have had, and you can turn them inside out to make sure every spot is clean. Both going witout the liners or using the included liners works well for us. I think that the liners are best cleaned by hand simply because they are so lightweight that they won't stay in place in the dishwasher unless they are in a basket or something similar. They did stay in the silverware basket with silverware around them, though, and came out clean.Overall this is a great muffin pan to have on hand and it is a good value for the current price.

A must have baking set.
This muffin baking set works well and provides every tool you need to make delicious muffins or cupcakes. This makes it great value. The pan does not stick much, so you technically do not need the reusable cupcake holders. I tend not to use them, but if you need to make more than 12 cupcakes, you now have cups you can use in a different pan. It is silicone, so it is super easy to clean.

A must have for any baker!!
As a novice baker, I absolutely love my new muffin pan set. Other than my loaf pan, I am new to the silicone thing. We have already made our first batch of cupcakes with this set and they turned out really well. The liners are just an awe thing for me. They held their shape and cleaned up super easy. The pan itself also cleaned up so much easier than my standard metal pan. The cupcakes turned out perfectly baked and golden brown on top. I am very impressed by the way they turned out. When they are done cooling you can just pop them right out. I love that. My favorite part is the cups on the pan collapse to make the pan flat for easier storage. I did try the silicone mitts and they worked just fine but I probably wont use them again. I'm not use to just covering my fingers. I also did not care for the whisk. I ended up just using one I already had. Nothing specific, I just did not like it. I was worried that the pan would bend or fold especially after I filled all the cups. The frame is really solid and did not give at all when the cups were full. I just love this set!!!

Nice For The Occasional User
I’ve never baked using silicone before, putting ‘rubber’ into a 400-degree oven just seems off. Being new to this, I decided to play it safe and call the pre-made mix manufacturer for instructions about using silicone instead of metal. I was assured that it works just fine and was advised to NOT use any liners because that’s one of the desirable properties of silicone – non-stick and easy cleanup.First up, Blueberry Cheesecake Muffins, a mix, just add milk. I followed the instructions and prudently thought I should use a baking sheet for support, although thinking further I realize that this may affect cooking, so put it right into the oven. As you can see from the photos everything came out just fine. Sort of. The 2 muffins in the liners were a little less done than the others, which is to be expected. And the ones in the cups without liners left about 15% of the muffin in the cup.A couple of things to point out. When I ordered this, I though I was getting some kind of a frame assembly that supported the baking pan. Nope. In reading the website more carefully, the frame is incorporated into the product itself and that is what make this a better pan than other silicone pans. This ships with some little rubber heat grips that come across as too flimsy to actually protect you but are ok for hot silicone stuff only due to the reduced heat transference of silicone to silicone. It also comes with a nice set of liner cups, which I now know the purpose of. What it doesn’t come with are any instructions whatsoever. Even a brief snippet stating that silicone cooks faster/slower that metal, or just that it cooks the same would have been helpful.Cleaning was a small chore, but not overly difficult; best practice is to punch the liners and the pan inside out and then it’s easier to clean. Getting it back to ‘flat’ for storage is best achieved by inverting it and pushing the cups down individually. Took me a minute to figure that out.
