Works well, have used several times and got the hang of it. I need to use good amount of cornmeal or flour to keep the pie from sticking to the counter.It feels robust/sturdy enough that I think it should last long time.
syle is good ... little flimsy for my taste... cleans up well. works great for reposisioning the pizza or bread.
Does the job as peel.Sturdy to hold a 12" pizza.Only slight negative is the way the handle attaches to the peel. It uses screws and nuts which make it not sit flat on the table. Also they are prone to loosening. Prefered rivets.

The pizza spatula is a very generous size (1 foot or so); flexible but not too flexible. The wooden handle is smooth, stays cool to the touch and is easy to grip. The handle arrived detached and is easy to put on. Overall this has helped me up my pizza game!

I’ve been using a wooden pizza peel for years, so I was curious to see how the FLYZZA 12-inch stainless steel peel would stack up. Spoiler: it’s an upgrade, though it’s not without a minor quirk.Out of the box, this peel feels sturdy and well-built. The 1mm-thick stainless steel is solid, easily handling the weight of a loaded pizza without any flexing or wobbling. Sliding pizzas on and off my kamado’s pizza stone was a breeze—the smooth surface does exactly what it promises, letting the dough glide effortlessly. I haven’t tried it with breads or pastries yet, but given its performance with pizza, I’m confident it’ll handle anything that fits on my stone just fine.The ergonomic wooden handle is a standout. It’s comfortable to grip and keeps your hands safely away from the oven’s heat. Like any wooden kitchen tool, it’ll need a little mineral oil to keep it in top shape, but I’ll take wood over plastic any day for its feel and durability.Assembly was a bit fiddly. The screw-and-nut setup for attaching the handle to the peel is simple in theory, but the peel’s size makes it a little unwieldy to hold steady while tightening. I also noticed some minor marring on the steel surface, but it’s cosmetic and doesn’t affect performance. The one thing to watch for is the screws on the underside near the handle—they protrude slightly, so you need to be mindful when sliding the peel to avoid catching anything.Cleaning is as easy as advertised: a quick wipe with a damp cloth and soap does the trick. I store it alongside my pizza stone in a cabinet, so I haven’t used the hanging hole, but it’s a nice touch for those with hooks in their kitchen.Overall, this peel is a step up from my old wooden one. It’s durable, functional, and feels like it’ll last for years. If you’re in the market for a reliable pizza peel, this one’s a great choice—just be aware of those slightly protruding screws. Highly recommended for home pizza makers!
