Sturdy and useful
I wasn't sure what to expect with these, but I was pleasantly surprised. They are thick, sturdy plastic that's dishwasher-safe and reusable. The plastic does bend slightly when you put pressure on it, but if you're carrying food around, it's perfectly fine. It was also stable enough to hold on the couch during a movie.I've been using them for the past week to put out dry healthy snacks for the family to munch on throughout the day. If you're a busy parent, it'd be easy to prep several days' worth. Unfortunately they don't come with lids for storage, so you'd have to make do with saran wrap. But my point is there are many different ways to use these other than just parties.I washed one on the bottom rack of the dishwasher without any problems. It didn't obstruct the water dispenser on the upper rack from spinning. I appreciate the easy clean up! I haven't had a chance to test the plastic forks it comes with yet, but they look sturdy and attractive. Can't wait to break these out at my next party!

Budget choice feels sturdy enough for inexpensive entertaining
It claims "elegant" design, but...it's plastic. It does look...budget It feels budget too but not "cheap", the plastic has bend, but not enough bend to easily break. I don't need quite so many, but certainly one pack is enough for inexpensive entertaining. The variety of colors is suitable for a gathering of children.

PROS: Nice thick plastic that can be washed and used many times, beautiful colors, decent sized and perfect for travel to parties or laying out many different dips and chips or meats and cheeses at the same time. CONS: Would be even better with snap on covers, (which might limit capacity) but, plastic wrap works fine for travel as do shower caps (like the 5-8 sized packs at you local dollar store.). Great value and you'll find lots of uses.
