Perfect Size for Mini Pies

These little pans are great to have in the pantry along with pie fillings; just make/buy a crust, cut it into the right size, add filling and bake. Or divide up your egg pie filling over a half an English muffin and bake. Make little cakes with your kids. Just the right size tart pan for my needs!

I am an avid baker and decided I wanted to try my hand at tarts. I went the route of mini tarts so I could attempt multiple small ones rather than having a big tart that may or may not have turned out. These mini pans were perfect for what I needed! They are very sturdy especially for their size. They work well for crusted tarts, mini cheesecakes (I used a graham cracker based crust pressed in) and even homemade chocolate peanut butter cups. I love the fluted edges too! I found they are the perfect size for all the treats I made!They are very easy to clean especially since the bottom comes out so not only do you have a clean edge on your baked treat you can also get in the grooves easily to clean it.I think the price point is great as you are getting 12 mini pans.These pans will be perfect for a novice baker as well as an experienced baker!

Nice Mini Tart Molds/Pans

I've just recently gotten back into baking and dessert making. I wanted to make a bunch of fruit tarts for a get-together at a friends home. I decided to use these to accomplish that. They worked great. The size and quantity that come in an order is awesome for making lots at a time. They didn't warp with heating (stayed nice and sturdy), the parts all fit together well, they gave me nice results as soon as I dialed in the best temp and timing for the tarts. They were easy to clean up after baking. At just over $1 per mold, this is a great deal! I do recommend these for anyone looking for mini tart pans!

Adorable 3-bite molds, but some minor imperfections/scratches

I've been hunting for some individual tart/quiche molds for a while. These are pretty great. I think they could be a bit smaller, as these are more 3-4 bite size rather than 1-2 that I was hoping.There does appear to be some manufacturing defects on some - small bubbles and even a couple of scratches in the coating. You're not supposed to used scratched non-stick coatings, so some people might be very disappointed by this, but I'll take my chances.The bottoms fit well and these are otherwise as expected.
