Cute Mardi Gras sparkle, but feels a bit cheap
These napkin rings look really cute on the table and add great Mardi Gras color and shine. Up close, though, they feel a bit cheap—lightweight, with rhinestones that don’t look very secure. They work well for a party or one-season decor, but I wouldn’t expect them to hold up for repeated use year after year.

Not Quite a Ringer
These festive and functional items had great potential to meet a couple of needs.Napkin rings are a nice enhancement that are a dinner-party upgrade. Most people not bothering these days makes them particularly special.Further, Mardi Gras arguably is the most festive annual celebration. The bright gold, purple, and green colors create great joy, and the ornate parade floats that generously throw trinkets to spectators create tremendous glee. These napkin rings have the aforementioned vibrant colors as well as the masks that are a traditional symbol of the festival. That sets the stage for dinner party joy.The shortcomings of using a low-quality metal and generally cheap look seem as if they are avoidable. This does not prevent using them for a highly informal meal.
