Reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure how these would be. They were wonderful! They are thin enough but sturdy. Some said they were as flimsy as cheesecloth. They are not. They are thicker and not as flimsy. I dehydrated mushrooms and onion skins. Nothing stuck, and they cleaned up so easy and nice. I liked them so much, I am going to order more because I bought a commercial size dehydrator with lots of metal shelves. I definitely recommend these.New Post: I loved this product so much, that I bought 2 more sets in case I can't get them in the future. Attached is a picture of how I sewed part of one onto another, so the size is big enough now. There is also a jar of onions that I dehydrated on these. Again, nothing sticks, and they are so easy to clean.

These are perfect and I was easily able to trim them to fit my wire dehydrator trays.They can clean up easily. I like to use hot water and just soak to remove them, its really easy and fast, plus with your sink sprayer.I'd recommend these.

Fruit and tomatoes don’t stick so that you don’t spend hours trying to pick it off the plastic grid that comes with your dehydrator. Just bend and everything falls into the center and then you pour it into your jar. Fits the Excalibur dehydrator trays perfectly.
