I bought this set of four 12-inch ceramic serving trays, and they’re awesome for parties. The size is perfect for laying out all kinds of food, and they look super cool in white. I’ve used them in the microwave and oven, no issues, and they clean up easy in the dishwasher. They feel sturdy, not cheap, and stack nice in my cabinet. Used them for a BBQ side dish spread, and everyone loved how it looked. Great value for the price, totally recommend!
TL;DR:These are nice-looking plates with a modern, alternative presentation. They’re big enough for a full meal in either portrait or landscape mode, and they also work well for table/community side dishes. However, even though the plates sit flat, they don’t stack/nest totally evenly due to normal variations in their side/lip angles. This is the only real negative, and it’s admittedly a pretty inconsequential one.Full Review:There’s not much to say about this 12-inch rectangular plate set from SumitlEyao. They’re exactly as advertised and function like you’d expect. They’re dishwasher and microwave safe, they’re reasonably attractive, and they’re a nice change from the status quo. The plain white color goes with pretty much anything and everything, and the plates themselves are versatile enough to be used as individual plates, serving plates, presentation dishes, community side dishes, etc.My only real (and very minor) complaint is that these dishes don’t stack all that evenly unless you’re very deliberate. They sit flat and are stable individually, and can stack them well enough in your cabinet, but manufacturing variations with the side angles make those stacks a bit wonky and wobbly. It’s a very small gripe, but it’s a gripe.NOTES:I am reviewing the four-piece set, which—at the time of this writing—no longer appears to be an option. I’ve used these for so many things already!!! I got these for serving small things like a bagel or asparagus. Last night I used them as individual corn on the cob plates for company. They look great and all of my dishes are white so something like this goes nicely and knew I’d get good use out of the,. The white is pure white, so not even a slight shade different, which was a must for me because I hate that look when the serving pieces don’t match. They stack nicely and are a really great quality. I out the, right into the dishwasher and they came out fine.This is one of those sizes where so many things can be used on it. I’d highly recommend.
This set of four serving trays make it SO easy to elevate a simple cheese and crackers lunch to a party. They seriously make everything I serve look so good! I mean look at the photo: I took random things from my refrigerator and they look amazing. The trays wash up great, too. Each tray can hold a full box of crackers or whatever you want to display. Just last night we put crackers in one, cheese in another, meat in a third, and filled the fourth with veggie slices. Boom. Charcuterie for supper. When I want to entertain, they're perfect for absolutely anything from chips to sandwich toppings to appetizers. Great value for such versatile serving trays. I have washed them several times without any issues with chipping or wear. Great quality, great servers!
You get six, 12 inch little rectangular platters in this set. I got these to use at my upcoming wedding to put cookies and desserts on for the cookie table, but I have also already used these during our Memorial Day celebration. I put some of the burger and hot dog toppings on these and it made it easy to just saran wrap over it until it was used. These are easy to clean, look nice and classic. These can go both in the microwave and dishwasher, so that's an awesome plus. Even after the wedding, these will definitely be used for various gatherings. Definitely recommend.
