Heavy-duty quality! Much better than my old wooden peels
I want to share my experience because I have two wooden pizza peels to compare this with, and this aluminum set is a major upgrade. If you are serious about your pizza, you will definitely feel the difference.Construction and Durability: The first thing that impressed me is how solid this peel feels. The metal plate is sturdy and doesn't bend at all. Even more importantly, the bolt that connects the handle to the peel is very heavy-duty and high-quality. I can tell this tool is built to last and will serve me well for a long time.The Rocker Cutter: I have to mention the pizza cutter separately because it is absolutely amazing! Most sets come with that small rolling wheel, but this professional rocker cutter is on a completely different level. It is much more convenient and cuts through the pizza perfectly in one smooth motion. It feels like a high-end, professional tool.Ease of Use: My old wooden peels were quite thick and not sharp enough at the edges, which made it hard to slide under the pizza. This aluminum paddle is thin and sharp, making it so much easier to pick up the dough. Also, the size is perfect. My previous ones were smaller, and the pizza could easily slide off, but this 12x14 surface gives me much more control and security.Handle: The wooden handle is very well-made and feels great in the hand. Solid pizza set!
I make pizza at home pretty often, and this set has been genuinely useful.First thing to know: the peel comes with a blue protective plastic film on the aluminum. You have to remove it before using it, and getting it started in the corners can be a bit annoying. Once that’s off, you’re good.The aluminum peel works really well. It’s thin but sturdy, doesn’t flex when lifting a pizza, and slides under the dough much easier than the wooden peels I’ve used before. Moving pizzas in and out of a hot oven feels smoother and more controlled.The size is right for standard pizzas. I never felt like the pizza was about to slide off or that the surface was too small.The foldable wooden handle is a nice detail. It saves space, stores easily, and the wood keeps heat away from your hands. It feels solid and comfortable.The rocker cutter was a pleasant surprise. It cuts clean and fast, much better than the classic wheel cutter, and it’s useful for other things too. It doesn’t feel like a throw-in just to pad the box.Nothing major to complain about. The aluminum isn’t super thick, restaurant-grade metal, but for home use it’s more than enough. The only small annoyance was peeling off that protective film.If you make pizza at home and want something that actually works without taking up a ton of space or overcomplicating things, this set fits right in.

Makes putting pizza's easier in and out of the oven. Cutter is a nice feature.
The box that came to me did not include a pizza spatula (triangle spatula) like the site description says and shows, but I also took a picture of my box and under contents included it does not mention the spatula. It did come with the actual Pizza "peel" or large flat disc to lift your pizza with, the wooden handle you put together (which is a large screw that you tighten for the handle to be outstretched, and loosed when you want it folded away), and a very nice pizza cutter that has a guard on the blade part.The item is made of lightweight aluminum so handling it isn't hard. If you make your own pizza dough/pizza I suggest you add some flour on the end of the peel before trying to slide the pizza on, and then off in your oven, or your pizza dough will stick and not come off correct in the oven. If you are baking a frozen pizza there is no need for this precaution. The measurement is accurate so it will fit a 12 inch pizza, larger may go over the edges.It did make getting the pizza in and out of my oven a lot easier than struggling with a cookie sheet and hot pads. We used the pizza cutter after removing it from the oven and I will caution you not to use the peel as your base while cutting because it left cut marks on it (it is a soft aluminum). Place your pizza on a different surface to use the cutter if you want to avoid the cut marks (see last picture). This cutter can also be great to cut sandwiches made in bulk. It takes less space to store since you can fold the handle after cleaning.
