Handy Parchment Sheets That Make Baking Easier

I used these parchment sheets on the metal baking pans in my kitchen and they worked perfectly for my cookies. The sheets lay flat on my well loved pans without curling up, even with the raised ridges on the surface, and nothing stuck at all when I pulled the cookies off. Cleanup was simple because the pans basically looked the same coming out of the oven as they did going in, instead of having baked on sugar welded to the swirl pattern.The size fits my standard cookie sheets and the ones you see in the photo sitting on my kitchen island and near the open oven, so I did not have to trim or wrestle the paper into place. Super convenient pre-cut sheets fit a standard cookie sheet perfectly- less mess/fuss all around!

These parchment paper sheets functioned beautifully, being completely stick free, even with a very goopy and sauce covered recipe. They are pretty much perfectly sized to fit an average size cookie sheet. I find these pre-cut sheets extremely convenient overall and would have a hard time going back to a roll. Not only are the sheets so simple to use, but I feel that much less is wasted with the pre-cut sheets. They also come out of the pack flat, so you do not have to battle the curling issue like you do with the rolls. In the utilization sense, these seem to be a win all around. I also very much appreciate that these sheets are unbleached- huge plus!I was not as big of a fan of the encasement around the sheets, as it is floppy and opens up easily. I have been anxious a few times that the sheets were all going to slip out as it felt like they do not have a lot holding them in. This could definitely use some improvement.For the current price of just under $14 for 120 sheets, I feel like these are a great value to lend some ease to cooking projects and cleanup. I would absolutely order these again.

Great paper quality and easy to store! MUCH better than folded!

I'm really happy with these! They certainly make cleanup A LOT easier - be it potato wedges or cookies. I have yet to cook anything that sticks to it and they are the perfect size for my baking sheets. I do like that they are stored flat rather than folded (as I'm used to), they are so much simpler to use this way. The paper is a great thickness and doesn't wrinkle or tear during use. My grandson enjoys doodling on them while I'm cooking and at barely over a dime a piece, I find it worth it to spend time together in the kitchen and he can see, yes, guys cook too and ask questions about the processes of food preparation and safety. Storage isn't an issue as the package is rigid and stores easily alongside my other baking sheets in their weird little cabinet. I feel that for the amount of time and energy these save me, they are a great value for the money and I FULLY recommend them to ANYONE who cooks. These should be considered a vital part of ANY kitchen.
