Truly leak-proof

The lid on this tumbler stays on securely without any splashing or leaking. I got this to have a refillable tumbler to keep water in my car, and this fits nicely in my cup holder for whenever I need a sip. When I went to get my car fixed, I took out the straw, capped the straw hole (the straw hole cap is built into the lid), and threw the tumbler into my tote bag without any issues. That's pretty impressive because the lid doesn't screw on/off like other tumblers, rather it pops on/off with a rim that seals. I can't speak to this tumbler's insulation effectiveness for hot/cold beverages because I've only been using lukewarm water. However, overall, I'm a huge fan of the quality!

Not For Cricut Mug Press

The cups sublimate just fine; nice colors. That said, they do not fit into the Cricut mug press. Every single one of the cups has a chip somewhere on the cup. I have been making cups for years, so this isn't a beginner error, this is something with the cup. I would suggest using another brand for sublimation tumblers, especially if you are using the Cricut mug press!

It's not a bad tumbler. It's not a good tumbler. it's a tumbler. These Sublimation tumblers are expensive... all of them. For whatever reason, adding a sublimation capable coating makes them cost 5x more than the same tumbler would be otherwise. That said, it's nice for what it is. It is metal. That's a plus. It's a nice finish on the coating. It's also a well designed flip top that does seal well. I do like that. It's just a tight gasket seal, but it works.The sublimation coating does work. It took the ink and has a very nice vibrant and colorful image. Very happy to see that. I don't know what temperature because I had to try a few times to get a good transfer. YMMV.This tumbler holds 20oz of liquid. It's a good size form most beverages. A nice large coffee or a 20oz bottle of soda will fit. Good stuff. It seems to insulate fairly well. The coffee did stay hot and the cold drinks do stay cold for a reasonable amount of time. This was tested in multiple environments and temperatures. It's not the best I've used but for the price they are nice enough to sell.If you need sublimation tumblers, buy in bulk. If you only need 1, these are nicer than others, but they also cost more. I think that's fair. I would likely not buy one of these again. I'd rather buy a dozen or two and get a much better price. At $18 each it's just outside of my price range for something like this. You'd need to sell it for $50 to make it profitable. For a one off gift, it's fine.One last point. Mine arrived dented. In fact the box was crushed because it was shipped in a box without any padding. That box was in a paper envelope. That is a recipe for busting things along the way. That's likely an Amazon issue and not the seller. Just wanted to mention it. I've not removed any stars from my rating because of the dent, even though I was bummed about it.

Stays cold!

I like the size of this mug - some are just too big, and this one isn't overwhelming to carry around. The lid has a higher profile than some, but there's lots of great features to it - it snaps closed AND open for the sip part, and there's a straw hole with a silicone seal on it in the middle. The metal straw isn't snug in that hole, but it fits nicely.I had some ice water in it last night and left it sitting on the counter with the leftover ice - maybe 1/3 full. After a long sleep (ten hours later) there was still ice in the water. Great insulation to keep your drink the temperature you want.

Great Tumbler

I really like this mug. The glossy metallic finish looks nice - sort of like new car paint. The top has a sipper hole that can be sealed or a straw hole that can be sealed. It kept my iced coffee cold all day - I still have most of the iced left after almost 8 hrs. I also like this size. No complaints.

It's OK but Nothing Special

I have several tumblers that were purchased at all price points and this one is at the lower end on the quality scale. It is made of stainless steel and I do have to say the thermal ability is decent. Ice stays frozen for a pretty long time. I like that it has a handle, that's a big plus for me and the main reason I grabbed it, but on the other hand, I don't trust the lid will always stay on securely when tilted which is a big negative. (My fav other tumbler has a screw on lid) This won't be my first grab from the shelf when I need a tumbler but It's not like I will have a big problem using this one.
