These are beautiful and fun. The irregular shape makes them unique and the fact that the colour differs slightly with each piece makes for a very nice looking place setting. They were very well packaged with no damage what so ever. The shipping box had labels stating that the box was heavy and that it was fragile as these are dishes after all. The cost of this dinnerware was within my budget so that I was able to purchase two sets.

REALLY LOVE THE LOOK OF THESE IRREGULAR VINTAGE HANDMADE CHINA DINNERWARE! They are nice and heavy duty; they are advertised to be microwave oven and dishwasher safe. I love this set and find it to be very unique and distinct. The weight of the dinnerware is heavy and does not get too hot in the microwave when heating food. Unfortunately, my disappointment comes with the seller as I received a chipped plate and nothing was done to resolve the matter. The set comes with an informational card that advises to take a photo of the damage if broken or unsatisfied and provides an email address to send it to within 24 hours of receiving, which I did. I received one reply advising that they would check on this issue asap. That has now been a month ago and I have never received a reply nor replacement. Had I known that the customer service was so bad, I would have just returned the set for a refund. Now since the refund time limit has expired, I’m afraid that I’m stuck with a new dinnerware set with a chipped plate.
