The capacity is noticeably larger, so I can heat two portions at the same time, which is very convenient.It also heats up faster — reheating pizza used to take about 10 minutes with my Instant Pot, but this one only takes around 7 minutes, and the food comes out evenly heated.The controls are simple and easy to use, cleaning is hassle-free, and it offers great value for the price.Overall, it saves time and works great for everyday use. I liked the size of this and the price. They are very reasonable compared to other offerings out there at this price point. I liked most things about it - it's a little complicated to use because you have to have the right combination of buttons to press and it isn't really intuitive to use. You have to look at the manual to figure it out, but then after that, you should be able to use it without any problems. At first, my only gripe was that the beeps were pretty quiet, so it will ALWAYS ask you to shake the baskets after 1/2 of your cooking time has passed, and the beeping will be hard to hear sometimes, especially if you're in another room.**Buyer beware - first problem I had was after about a month, I received an "E4" error on one side of the fryer that I use more often than the other. Nothing in the manual talks about "E4", so I asked the automated Amazon assistant and it said to "reset the fryer". OK - pulled the plug and re-inserted it, and the fryer was reset. No big problem, maybe a hiccup.After 2 months, now "E4" is a common occurrence. I'll stick the basket in, and it will run for about 5 minutes, and then start beeping, and it shows the dreaded "E4" error. So I reset the fryer and stick the basket back in, and then it works, so I'm a keeping this in the back of my mind. A few days later, now EVERY TIME I use the left fry basket, it gives me E4 and I can't use it because it won't heat up. Luckily Amazon was willing to take it back, but it looks like I'm going to have to spend a little more for quality, because this doesn't have any reliability.
