Really good quality. Comes in different sizes, this one is the 13". I bought it for my mother who has an induction cooktop. It took a while to find a product that wasn't super expensive (or heavy) that fit the bill. We made her paella when visiting a while back and it was a good opportunity to let her do the same.Because it's stainless I'm not sure it'll get that real dark patina, but that hasn't impacted the flavor.
Amazing. Knocked it out on my first attempt making paella. The sacarat didn't form up as much as I'd like but it was my first time. Even heat distribution. Thicker mettel. Recommend!
A perfect pan for paella I ever had.
This pan is okay for gas or grill. It warped on the bottom to not be flat on a flat top Electric range. Not good for paella to not be flat because the Socarat is not consistently brown. Going to use my 12-in stainless fry pan instead. It doesn't warp.
Very good quality and feels strong but not too heavy. Heats evenly and handles heat well. Food cooks nicely and doesn’t stick much when used properly. The 13-inch size works well for family meals. Easy to use and worth the price
