Sturdy and Convenient Foil Pans for Entertaining

I used these foil pans for a family gathering where I needed to cook and transport baked pasta and rice dishes, and they handled the job well. The pans feel thicker than regular disposable trays, so they did not bend or warp when filled with heavy food. The handles made it much easier to lift them in and out of the oven and also helped while carrying them to the table. The clear lids are a nice touch. Good heavy pan. Can be reused.

Not the typical throw away pans. These are heavy enough to be washed and reused. Look at the pictures I included and you will notice the ridges or indentions in pan. These provide rigidity in the pan so it does not flex and bend like the Dollar Store brand. The plastic top is machined the same way. The only note is not really a negative, just something to recognize. The pan is not perfectly square, they were thoughtful enough to put indentations on both ends for your convenience in gripping and carrying the pan. If you are making a cake or something that requires a square pan, this would result in a different shape. Again, this is not a negative, but a positive for the handles with a note of the shape. In my pics you will notice the pan is about twelve inches wide, but near the handles, it is about nine usable inches. You have about 2 1/2 inches depth as well. Definitely like the heavier rigidity of the pan, especially for heavier dishes.
