You can use both sides of this pizza paddle. Easy on with the frozen pizza into the oven and easy taking the pizza out! Love the markings to use for slicing the pizza! Can use the back side as a cutting board! Hangs nice on the wall for storage, nice and sturdy, no stains left behind! Use a little mineral oil to keep it protected!
This cutting board is for more than just pizza. Flip it over and use the other side to cut veggies, fruit, cheese. I love it for five main reasons: 1. it has a handle - I store my cutting boards in a tall thin kitchen cupboard and I can pull it in and out easily and quickly because of the handle. Handle also makes it easy to wash: hold under running tap water and clean with sponge 2. it's lightweight - like reason #1 above, being lightweight makes it easy to clean and move about (in and out of storage). 3. the bamboo is smooth - I purchased other bamboo cutting boards from another seller, and the bamboo was splintery. I was afraid that wood splinters would get in my food. Not so with this cutting board that is smooth. 4. size: it's a nice big size without being too big and 5. price - great price! Because of all of the above, I have no need for another cutting board, reducing kitchen clutter! Love it!
This is large, heavy duty, and the real deal. Understand that this is a big piece of wood. The flat side is great for sliding a pizza into the oven to bake and the scored side helps guide perfect cutting of each slice. It is very ease to clean.
The size and quality of the bamboo makes this sturdy and very durable. The handle is comfortable to grip, and the paddle is just the right size for my homemade pizzas. Plus, the tapered edges make it a breeze to get under the pizza without any hassle.Cleaning is easy—just a quick hand wash with warm water, and it’s good to go. Overall, this pizza peel has exceeded my expectations and made pizza nights even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Nice and big, but it breaks to easy
Awesome!One side is nice and flat like a regular pizza peel. The other side has little channels routed into it to help with cutting the pizza. Very clever. Works great.
Perfect size for cook-at-home large Costco pizzas. Not as easy to get under a pizza as a thin metal peel would be, but as long as the pizza doesn’t tear, it works fine. Best when used with a pizza stone a direct-on-oven-rack cooked pizzas tend to sag into the racks. Perfect for cutting the pizzas, with one side smooth and the other with grooves to guide you to all perfectly sized slices. Wish it had a hole on the handle for wall hanging, but I’ll make one with quick work with a drill. Otherwise, it’s kinda hard to find a good storage place for it; next to the refrigerator for now. The price was very good for such a uncommon large size.
