Fantastic all purpose pan
I had an old paella pan that I found the size was so versatile, I used to death. I bought this one and am so glad. Great size, easy to sauté my chicken thighs, fish etc and it goes from stove to oven. I love the finish, it is so easy to clean.

Nice Stainless Steel pan
This is a really good quality pan. It is about 14 inches so it's a nice size. It's not too hard to clean it it is fairly light. It's nice that it is a nonstick, ceramic pan so it's easy to cook with. You don't have to concern yourself with it easily burning so that is a definitely plus.

An instant favorite
This is the second pan I own from this brand and I love them both. These are great alternatives of the more expensive name brand for hex pattern nonstick pans and I feel like these are better and more affordable. These pans are really solid and well made - the handles are sturdy and secure. I have the 13 inch fry pan and this 14 inch paella pan isn't a huge increase in cooking surface but it gives the option to go from stove to oven for finishing certain recipes. This fits really well even into my smaller double ovens as long as you rotate the pan diagonal so the handles fit in. I've already made a Shakshuka this way and it came out amazing. Really versatile pan. The instructions don't mention but the pan is oven safe to 600F which is more than plenty for me.Like the 13 inch fry pan, these both change heat faster than other pans. This took me a bit to get used to vs other heavier pans like Our Place. Once I understood how these work, I really like it. You don't need a long preheat time at all before getting a nice fry or sear and if you've overdone the gas, it only takes a quick minute to adjust or just take the plan away from the flame quickly. The nonstick is fantastic and seems safer than traditional nonstick coatings. I don't use metal utensils in this, but supposedly you can. So far no scratches or nicks even stacking with other pans and plenty of use.I'm now a huge fan of these pans and plan to get more, possibly give as gifts. Buy with confidence, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent 14-Inch Stainless Steel Pan — Durable, Versatile, and Great Value for the Price
I expected a 14-inch stainless steel pan to be extremely heavy, but this one is lighter than I thought while still having a solid, substantial thickness. The stainless steel material is sturdy, the coating is well applied, and the overall build quality feels premium. At this price, the quality is truly impressive and absolutely worth it.The large cooking surface makes it perfect for a wide variety of dishes, especially when preparing meals in larger quantities. The heat distribution is even across the entire pan, and it retains heat well, which helps cook food more efficiently.I’ve been using it for about a month, and the coating hasn’t peeled or worn off at all. It remains smooth and performs just like new. Cleaning is also very easy—food residue comes off without much effort.Another major advantage is that it’s oven-safe, which adds a lot of versatility. You can start cooking on the stovetop and finish in the oven, or use it for roasting, baking, or high-heat searing. For this price and this level of quality, it is absolutely worth the purchase. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a durable, large-capacity, and versatile stainless steel pan.

Ceramic Non Stick Is A Big Plus
This is a very nice and high quality pan that is perfect for fixing large amounts of food. I’ve been using it for stir fry and really like the ceramic non stick surface and the even heating of stainless steel. It is lighter in weight than I expected but when full I have my husband lift it. It is easy to clean and performs well. The only drawback to the large size is having space to store it. Well worth the price if you will use it often.

Worked well for everything but eggs, quite impressive overall
This pan resembles the much-more-expensive name-brand pan with hexagontal ridges. We liked the large size--make sure it isn't too big for your kitchen or your stove. I was able to comfortably brown 3+ pounds of hamburger or 4 corn tortillas simultaneously, making this convenient for larger portions. Heat distribution was OK for the hamburger, but the tortillas tended to brown only near the middle, even when used on the largest burner on my stove. Still, it worked well enough to get the job done, and food cooked just as quickly as other skillets. This pan feels solid and well-built while somehow still being lighter than a smaller skillet. I was impressed by how easy it was to manage.Important note about the non-stick: This style of pan is never going to be as non-stick as a smooth non-stick coating. See the picture of frying some eggs, where the eggs stuck a fair bit and only came loose when washing it later. The pan is still fairly easy to clean with a dish rag and warm water--I have not needed or tried the dishwasher.Overall we were fairly happy with this pan for everything except eggs--I'd still recommend a fully-nonstick pan for eggs. For everything else, this pan did just fine and the price point is certainly lower.

Nice big Paella pan. Let’s see how well it does breakfast!
I know that this is a Paella pan (and it works great for that), but I wanted to try it for bacon as well for two main reasons. 1) It’s huge, and that means I can cook a full half- pound of my favorite bacon at a time. 2) the high sidewalls keep the bacon splatter to a minimum. The pan did great. The bacon was evenly cooked throughout the pan (see photos) in spite of the fact that the burner underneath did not reach to the edges. Also, the bacon did not stick at all, so cleanup was super easy. After cooking the bacon down, I decided to try some milk gravy as well. The high sides once again made this easy work since I did not need to worry about sloshing out the sides. I will say that if you use that pan for gravy, you should plan to make a lot of it. The pan is huge and the gravy I made was almost too shallow, which made it cook quickly. Despite that, it turned out perfectly.Great pan, worth the price. Now my only problem is finding a place to store the pan in my kitchen, because I’m definitely keeping it!
