It's all real!
Kid cooking sets are so cute, but it's not every day you see one where everything is real and you can use them to make actual food. Our little guy got to be just like Daddy mixing dough, rolling out and kneading, and baking a tasty treat. Everything is wood and food grade silicone, with no sharp edges. Color us impressed!

The most adorable (and aesthetic) cooking set
The "Montessori" teacher complaining about the plain brown box seems a little dramatic- besides, plain brown boxes are better suited to recycling. Not to mention, everything I've seen that is "Montessori" these days is plain wood! Why does this matter if it's a gift? Doesn't one usually OPEN a box to see what's inside? As someone who has a cream playroom with colored accents, I was pleasantly surprised to see the very aesthetic use of colors. The items seem very well made and are already getting a lot of use in my daughter's brand new play kitchen that she received for Christmas. I highly recommend this set for aspiring little chefs (and their aesthetic-loving parents).

Great beginner cooking kit
This is a pretty high-quality Montessori style kitchen kit for young children. All of the pieces are small, so it’s best for toddlers and up to age 5 before they might feel insulted by the kit. You don’t need to have any cooking ability for it to be a good gift for a child, it’s a great value for the money and I like that a lot of the pieces are wood.

great set for little chefs, but could use more durability
The set includes everything they need to start helping in the kitchen, from safe knives to a cutting board and baking tools. It's perfect for introducing them to real cooking in a fun, safe way. The tools are all made with kid-friendly materials and are easy for small hands to grip.

NOT “Montessori”, Embarrassing gift!
Surprised to receive the set in an unsealed blank brown box!!! Like anyone can put anything in it, or take anything out of it and no one would know. You can’t tell if this is a complete set or not unless you’re the buyer. I would not buy it as a gift nor would I be happy to receive it as a gift! Also, I’m noticing many toys on Amazon are like this. And some toys are packed in a prettier universal box - it has some prints on it but still it doesn’t tell what’s inside! Watch out for that if you’re shopping for gifts!!As a Montessori teacher, I’m saddened to see how the word “Montessori” is being misused and overused as a marketing bait! If this was designed with the Montessori philosophy in mind, they should’ve provided measuring cups instead of the cupcake molds. And they should’ve made all tools in toddlers size, e.g. the whisk is definitely too big for the little hands! The marking on the measuring spoons is barely visible. They should’ve made it clear how much the spoons are measuring! Just because it has practical use doesn’t make it “Montessori”!!!!The quality looks alright but I’m utterly disappointed!

The 5-year-old granddaughter will love this set!
This kids' kitchen tool set is absolutely perfect for our granddaughter, who loves helping in the kitchen. The tools are sturdy, easy for little hands to grip safely, and appear to be fully functional for real cooking. The soft and vibrant pastel colors are adorable, and the apron is such a cute touch! The variety of tools included is impressive, including safe wooden knives and a cutting board to a rolling pin and cupcake molds. I love that everything is made with high-quality materials and designed to be safe for kids. This set is not only fun but will also help her build confidence and skills in the kitchen. Great for a little chef!

Food Safe AND Toddler Safe??
This set is the perfect combo of food and toddler safe - which means, no more pretending to cut up fruits and veggies. We're putting our toddlers to work getting real dinner on to the table! The wood knife and chopper are pointed but not sharp, so they actually function just like the rest of the silicon set. I would have loved to see the addition of measuring cups (since the measuring spoons are included) instead of the silicon cupcake liners since those are a random addition to the set. But overall, the quality is food safe just like anything else you'd get at the store. I'll be adding some non-slip grips to the bottom of the cutting board, but aside from that this set is perfect for your budding chef.
