Good solid product. Easy to use. Bought it to make double batches of cookies. I don't use the plastic cover. I like to use a spatula to push dough off from around the edges. It affords room to do this. It's got some weight to it. The suction cups of the bottom work well to keep it in place. There is an indentation for the bowl to sit.. I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my husband. He loves to bake. I knew he didn't know how to cook in small amounts. This mixer has the power. Doesn't big down or run hot. Has the attachments, power and slimline features. You will love it.
Nice sturdy construction, comes with all the attachments you would need in a stand mixer, nice mixing speed for whisking. Good build quality, nice simple design that is style neutral so it blends in well and looks good. Great price for what you get, nice product.
Tried to make cookies, the attachment does not reach the bottom of the bowl. Tried to cream the butter and sugar together and all it did was flatten it out on the bottom. I tried with the wisk instead, same issue.If you don't mind stopping it every 30 seconds to scrape it all together and fold the missed ingredients on the bottom, then it's great!Also, there is no customer support number in the manual. Also, for those that said it is "quiet", must have been paid off.

The 1500W motor is seriously powerful—strong enough to knead heavy bread dough without slowing down or overheating. Yet despite that power, it runs surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciate compared to other mixers I’ve owned.The 6-speed control gives me plenty of precision. The lower speeds are great for gently incorporating flour or mixing thick doughs, while the higher settings whip cream or egg whites perfectly fluffy in no time. The pulse function is also handy for quick bursts of mixing.It comes with three attachments—a whisk, dough hook, and beater—and they all feel solid and well-made. The tilt-head design makes it easy to add ingredients or swap attachments, and the suction cup feet keep it steady on the counter even when I’m mixing heavy doughs.Cleanup is easy, too. The bowl and attachments clean up well by hand, and nothing sticks badly. The sleek black finish looks great on my countertop and feels like a premium appliance without the premium price tag.Overall, I’m really impressed with this mixer. It has the power and capacity of models that cost twice as much, and it’s performed flawlessly for me. The three included accessories-the mixer, dough hook and egg beater are all sturdy and durable, easy to replace, and the buckles are firm. The sound of the machine when running is smaller than I thought, and the non-slip suction cup design on the bottom makes it very stable on the countertop and will not move around. The black metal appearance has a strong sense of metal, which looks high-end and dirt-resistant.
