After finding mouse droppings in my pantry several months ago I have been moving items to plastic/glass storage containers. So when this Spaxly airtight sealing condiment container appeared on my Amazon vine list for review, I jumped at the opportunity to order it.This storage container has so much going for it. The plastic rim twists off the jar itself, making it a cinch to put the main jar in the dishwasher for cleaning. The sealing gasket keeps air out and the contents fresh. The size is perfect for medium-sized items -- I'm currently using it for cocoa, but I could also envision using it for loose leaf teas, small quantities of ground coffee, raisins, corn starch, or any other such item that is not in large quantities. The measuring spoon/scoop is a cute addition, although I don't know yet how useful it will be. But it's a nice detail!This one's a keeper! Although I wasn't necessarily looking for a container like this, I'm glad I found it. This is going to be very useful in my kitchen.(In case you are wondering, the mice have not dared to re-appear since I re-packaged everything in my pantry.)

This condiment container features a very stylish design and great capacity. It has a silicone gasket that creates an airtight seal on the main glass jar when the hinged lid is closed.The one piece lid and handle top simply screws onto the 16oz glass jar. There is a small scoop/scraper that is included and rests above the contents in a holder built into the gasket. The scoop, lid and container's handle are made of plastic but are very sturdy. Cleanup is very easy.I'm currently storing sugar in this container and welcome its ability to keep out moisture as well as our dreaded sugar ants here in south FL. Very pleased with this well made container and will likely order more.
