The lighter weight Borosilicate glass bottle with the cap on weighs 10.1 ounces empty and 1 pound and 12.1 ounces full with the capacity of 17 ounces.  The Borosilicate glass can handle hot or cold liquids and does not affect the taste.The diameter of the bottom of the bottle section is 2.764 inches and the diameter of the top section is 2.051 inches. The bottle with the cap on is 8.297 inches tall. The interior top diameter of the bottle is 1.252 inches.  The bottle is 0.179 of an inch thick.The cap weighs 0.6 ounces.  It has a removable durable silicone ring on the inside. The lid is 1.945 inches in diameter x 0.984 inches tall.  I used the bottles to hold a mixture of liquid vitamins for dispensing. Since it has fish oil in it, a glass bottle is necessary. Otherwise plastic would leach into it if a plastic bottle was used . The opening is very small, which is a disadvantage for cleaning. I prefer a wider mouth bottle. I was barely able to get the bottle brush [B008HMF9LS] inside, but it did go in and I could clean the bottle.  I used the tip of a steak knife to get the silicone ring out for cleaning. The bottle functions well holding liquids. It did not leak when turned upside down and shaken. The two pack is cost effective.
