Good Crumpet molds

These crumpet molds work great. I once again purchased more than I need, so check the amount before you buy. They hold the batter in and if used according to the instructions, the crumpets slide out easily. I soak the molds before cleaning, so they clean up fairly easily. These are especially useful if you have extra sourdough starter. to discard. The discarded starter makes delicious crumpets.

Perfect for my needs

I use these to bake my deep dish cookies. They're perfect. They don't stick to my cookies and come off clean. They're dishwasher safe, but do easily clean up when hand washing, as well. I've found them to be perfectly round with no abnormalities. I haven't measured them, so I'm not sure if the quoted size is correct, but I do know the 3.15 holds my 4oz cookies perfectly. They're incredibly easy to use and I don't feel any instruction is necessary. I've purchased these multiple times and will continue to purchase them as my baking needs grow. They're worth the money spent.

Great little device

We bought these for a new mookie recipe we liked. Yes, I said mookie (kind of a muffin and a cookie combined). These are great since they keep the "spread" contained, and were easy to use. We also like that they have rounded edges so there is no worry of getting cut accidently.

Good for English muffins but are challening to clean.

The rings work well for English muffins, though I could only get them to release if I smeared them with butter. When I coated them with baking spray, the dough stuck even though it was baked. The biggest issue is the rolled edges trap dough / flour / egg and it's challenging to get them clean. The rolled edges also fill with water when you soak the rings (for cleaning), so be aware of that. I find that if I put them in a warm oven after washing and flip them after 10 minutes, the water dries / evaporates. That being said, given the price, I would buy them again.
