Started juicing for the New Year and these are perfect. They are leak proof, easy to clean and I also use them for other beverages because they keep everything so cold. I use them for water too. They are extremely durable and if you put the lid on too tight be prepared to use all your strength to open. My daughter took one to college so wish I had ordered more. Highly recommend!

I received 3 HomArtist 16oz glass juice bottles with the bamboo lids. When I opened the box, my first impression was how well these were packed for shipping. I was not met with an overwhelming smell like other reviews have stated, but after searching for the possible culprit I determined it must be the glue in the lids that hold the inner plastic screw top to the bamboo.The glass bottles themselves are wonderful. I am thoroughly pleased with them. They’re thick, level, sturdy, wide mouthed so it’s that much easier to fill up or clean out compared to a smaller mouthed one. I measured 250 ml of water in my glass Pyrex and transferred it to the jars to validate the accuracy of the measurements, and I’m pleased with the result.I did have a problem with the lids upon delivery, 2 of the lids were fine but my 3rd lid did not have the silicone o-ring seal. After reaching out to the seller I received a friendly & prompt response as well as a solution. Customer service alone was fantastic. My replacement arrived quickly without any problems.The labels stay put and it’s nice to have an option to put the date and ingredients on the bottle if you meal prep. This came with a marker that worked fine.The lids, however, are awful. The grain of the wood feels like extra course sandpaper on the sides, a very unpleasant sensory experience. The wood isn’t smoothed or sealed and they just feel dry and like you might get a splinter if you touch them too much. I also had to tighten the lid more than I’d like in order to get these not to leak.If the lids were better this would be a 5 star product, but the wonderful customer service is the only thing keeping this above a 3 star for me at the moment.

The bamboo lids give them a cleaner, more elevated look on the counter or in the fridge compared with typical plastic containers, so they do not look out of place if left out during a brunch or when guests are over. The lids screw on smoothly and create a tight seal that has handled being tipped on its side in the fridge without any leaking so far.In day to day use, these bottles have helped cut down on disposable plastic significantly. Instead of buying individual juice or tea bottles, it is easy to make a larger batch and portion it into these, which has been especially nice for taking drinks to work or the gym. The opening is wide enough to pour thicker liquids like smoothies without making a mess, and it is also just wide enough to fit a bottle brush, so cleaning has been straightforward. The glass has not picked up odors or stains, even after using them for coffee based drinks and fruit juices, which is a big improvement over older plastic bottles that tended to hold onto smells.If there is one thing to be aware of, it is that the bamboo lids require a bit of care to keep them looking good. Letting them sit in water too long is not ideal, so a quick hand wash and dry has worked best before putting them back on the bottles. That small bit of extra care feels like a fair tradeoff given how nice they look and how well they seal. Overall, this 3 pack has been a practical and attractive upgrade for everyday drink storage, and it works just as well for more niche uses like kombucha or infused water as it does for simple iced tea or milk
