These work perfectly for a nice size English Muffin. I do feel that even though they are non stick you still need to coat with oil before using, but my English Muffins turned out perfectThey came with a nice little silicone brush
These make wonderful crumpets. Easy to make and so delicious. Non-stick. Definitely recommend
Purchased these along with the Nordic Ware ones. These worked great. I don’t know that the release was any better than the stainless Nordic Ware ones, but I buttered them both. I didn’t want to lose any crumpets. The crumpets were a smash hit and the clean up a breeze. They seem sturdy, like they will hold up to some use, but should probably be stored in the box they come in, as I can see heavier items bending them out of shape if they were to land on them free in a drawer. I felt the price was good for the number of rings as well.
I wanted these to make the “gourmet” thick cookies.Double rolled edges so they won’t mess up your nonstick pans. All are level. Should work done for thicker pancake batter and probably even eggs if the pan & ring is hot when you drop the egg in it.Haven’t confirmed how nonstick they are, but the coating feels like a decent nonstick pan.Love the 2 sizes! Great for the thick cookies, pancakes, actual crumpets, scones, etc.
Perfect for hamburger buns. Sprayed inside edge with Pam, so easily came off, especially with the curled ledge you can use to flip them off to cool. These are 77 gram rolls (recipe 2/34 C flour) just perfect size for 8. The odd unseeded one, was a test of taking off the ring before baking. Highly recommend

These 4 inch rings are very versatile. It seems that store bought English muffins are getting flatter and smaller. I had enough and made homemade English muffins for the first time with these. You can either use them as a pastry cutter or roll the English muffins in a ball and let the mold hold it in place. I chose the first. They are very durable, sturdy and easy to clean. They made perfect muffins. I can't wait to use them for 4 inch giant cookies. They could also be used for homemade sausage patties and eggs to go with the muffins. Some people complained about sticking but I did not have any issues. This is easily remedied by spraying it before use.
