Nice for their intended use as well as what I planned to use for historical hairpin decorations
I admit I intended to use these primarily as historical hairpins or hair decorations for one of my historical educational outfits. Once I had these in my hands I could not do it. These are well made and crying out for use on a buffet table charcuterie board or in classic drinks, which I adore. These feel well balanced and honestly you are more likely to loose one rather than break one in any normal situations I can think of. I mean unlike icky and no eco-friendly plastic the metal will have no taste or chemical effects on food or beverages, though I would use care with highly acidic foods or beverages as there is always a chance of pitting the metal. As a bit of a foodie these are perfect for tasting the food not the pick or utensil used. I can see food presentation tricks either hyper cooling or heating these and putting into food as well......These should last forever. I would like more in another color to help my friends with allergies so to not get things mixed up in a buffet, but I still would buy more.

High quality, versatile size, low cost
If this size meets your needs, take a closer look. It offers real quality at a budget price. This pack of 16 probably contains more sticks than you'll ever need, but at a cost of $0.33 each, they barely dent the budget. Each measures 4" not including the knob on the top. A 1/16-inch stainless steel thickness makes them virtually unbreakable, easy to clean, and infinitely reusable. They look the part perfectly.They worked flawlessly in my 3.5" whiskey glass to hold a couple of pieces of fruit, both with and without ice cubes inside. The sharpened tip can penetrate even frozen fruit. They become somewhat unwieldy when used to hold a single piece of cheese, as the top is nearly as heavy as the bottom, making the stick slightly unstable. Either have your guests pick up the stick and take the cheese themselves, or use more than one piece on each stick. They are appropriately sized for tapas, if that's something you want to serve.Overall, I find the size handy. While longer than a toothpick, it still works with smaller items.

Cocktail picks are an essential addition to a home bar.You want reusable, easily washable ones, which these are.You want ones that aren't going to go down the drain in your sink. The little ball on these ensure they won't go down the drain (i don't have a garbage disposal).You want ones that are strong enough to pierce whatever fruits or veggies you're using for your drinks. I usually use softer fruits like maraschino cherries, orange slices or lines but I have used these for larger, harder olives and even celery. They are sharp and strong enough to pierce right through without a lot of effort.You want ones that will sit across the top of your glassware. Classier than wooden picks
These stainless steel picks are so much nicer than wooden toothpicks. They elevated the look of of my appetizer plate and my charcuterie board. I also like the fact that I can wash and reuse them over and over and over, so I don't feel like I'm being wasteful. The skewer has a pointed tip and easily pierced cheese cubes, meatballs, sausages, etc. I haven't used them for drink garnishes, such as in a martini, but they look like they would be perfect for that use too. I think they are a good value for the price, especially since they are not single-use, so there will be no need to replenish them on a regular basis.

Fantastic set of metal skewers for cocktails or tiny kabobs
Very well made cocktails picks. They’re about 5” maybe 4.5” and have little metal balls on one end and a sharpened point on the other. The metal is strong and doesn’t bend under pressure and the balls don’t come loose and fall off. We used them last night to make fruit shish-kabobs and while the banana slices didn’t fully cooperate, everything else did and it was really fun to make different combinations of fruit kabobs. They’re also perfect for skewering veggies and fruit for bevvies (like olives and okra in a Bloody Mary).In completely unrelated uses, it’s great for unclogging small pipes, though proceed with caution, if it’s glass you don’t want to push hard, it can break it.Yes, we’re happy with these.
