I bought this to be able to take all the "powder" out of my loose leaf tea (yerba mate) before storing away in a container. It works perfectly! I would purchase this item again. However, the quality is so amazing that I know I won't have to! Easy to clean, durable mesh, durable stainless. Love it! I haven't tried it with flour yet, but I bet it will work just as well. 💯 Recommend.
They are of the smaller size - which is exactly what I need for my kitchen.
I'm new to milling my own wheat/rye berries for bread.Using the sifter is great for removing the chaff.My old sifter wasn't made for that task.These are sturdy, hang well, nested together on a cuphook in my kitchen!So far, so good!I'll update if there are issues...
the larger one will hold 4cups of flour. it is a hand motion that sifts the flour so you need a bigger bowl but they are extremely fine so better bread!!
Not good for wheat. It takes forever to sift
I grind my own wheat and these are perfect
