I love the quality of this saucepan. It is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, which gives the saucepan a nice weight. I do not fear that the pan will burn up when heating oil.The size is perfect for heating a small amount of butter or oil. The pour spout is a bit shallow but functional. Heat does not transfer to the handle when used on the stovetop, making it easy and safe to use. Always use an oven mitt or pot holder when retrieving the saucepan from the oven. The saucepan is easy to clean up. A little scrub with Barkeeper's Friend keeps it shiny.It's a little bit on the pricy side, but I paid for the quality. This pan should last for a while.
