Commercial Induction Cooktop
It doesn't matter whether I'm boiling water, simmering a sauce, or pan-frying ingredients; the power of 1800W is sufficient to manage all of these aspects of cooking. One of the things that I love the most about it is how fast it warms up in comparison to other burners that I have tried. As opposed to waiting for a pot to gradually warm up, the induction coil begins to operate almost immediately, which results in a significant amount of time being saved throughout the process of planning and preparing meals. On hectic nights, when I need supper served in a shorter window of time, I have found that quickness to be extremely helpful. This function, which has become one of the cooktop's biggest assets, also provides 10 different temperature settings that can be adjusted precisely. I never feel like I'm caught between settings that are either too hot or too low since the process of adjusting the heat is gentle and responsive. By way of illustration, while delicate meals are being prepared that need a constant low heat, the cooktop will keep the specified level without causing any unexpected variation. Whenever I need to bring pasta or soups to a rolling boil, it is able to achieve and maintain that temperature without any problems. To have this level of control over my cooking has made it seem more constant and has reduced the amount of stress I experience. Each of the pots and pans that I have tested on it warms uniformly across the bottom, which eliminates the issue of hot spots that may occur on the surface. This burner has shown to be dependable in providing even cooking, which is a significant benefit when dealing with recipes that need consistent heat distribution at all times.

This is great! It's very fast at heating up and it actually will not stay on if there's no pan detected on top like it won't start. If you don't have a pan or a pot, I guess the fan in the back works really well. It actually fans like has a lot of low speed so it's cooling it off while functioning. Super easy to use, you just plug it in and turn it on and then make sure your pots on top. Very quick to boiling water. I actually got it cuz I needed a really good stove top for my camper trailer cuz I don't like to cook inside and we cook outside and this is going to be next to the grill that I have. So I think this is going to be great.

Great for indoors and outdoors
I bought this for when we have family get togethers, especially when we're constantly cooking. It always seems like I never have enough space on my stove. This has not only come in handy more than I expected within the month of owning this but it works better than I thought. The whole thing does have some weight to it but its still completely portable. We can use this on our counter without it damaging our countertops or we can use this outside on our cement counters. Again, no damage to our counters. I have used small to big pots and pans and not matter what I use, I get the same quality as if I was using my stove. I even took this with us at a campsite that has electricity and again, I was able to cook meals without it causing any damage to the areas that were there. Easy to wipe clean and really just easy to use.

So handy to have!
I love this cooktop so much. It’s so nice to be able to cook outside when we’re grilling and it doesn’t have to be. We’re running inside to cook something. It works perfectly. It’s a perfect size and you get to be able to use multiple types of material cooking on it which is really nice.
