Best cookware ever!
In light of increasing cautionary warnings about toxicity of black cooking utensils, non-stick pots & pans (especially old ones), I have thrown away my decades-old cooking tools and replaced them with stainless steel. I chose Buttermelt’s combo of a3.5 quart pot with steamer insert, lid, & frying pan.In the 2 days since they have arrived, I’ve used them to make pasta, spaghetti sauce, ground beef,omelettes & steamed dumplings. Everything cooked easily & perfectly. Cleaning them was surprisingly easy & they look brand new after wiping them with a bit of vinegar. I carefully used my brand new stainless steel spatulas, spoons & ladles; there were no scratches at all on the new pots & pan. They look gorgeous on my stove. They are so comfortable to hold (even when full of food) due to the grip-friendly ergonomic handles. And the price for this particular bundle is lower than others sold by this company as well as other brands (even for smaller pots!). I can’t emphasize enough how thrilled I am with this purchase!

Non Toxic cooking.
They work great, the one thing I'll say you need to be wary of is yes, they are harder to clean. High quality pans, dense, it was suggested that I talk about "burn resistance", and I really don't know what that means but I left them on the stove for like an hour with the heat still on by accident and nothing inside and they were completely fine.You also really need to watch out for rust, any instance of rust needs to be immediately scrubbed off or otherwise dealt with. I mention this because I had some surface rust on my hotplate that I use for cooking at times, and it attempted to transfer to the bottom of the pot and pan, I had to shut that down and scour the rust from all surfaces.Look after these pans and they'll look after you, I feel a lot better about my cooking with no PFAS, and that's my strongest argument for these pans. PFAS are a class of chemicals that have non-stick, stain-resistant, and waterproof properties at the small cost of being insanely bad for you and the environment!

I need a frying pan lid
