These are so handy to have! The top rim is nice and sturdy which allows easy handling when filled with broth or liquids without spilling. The lids fit securely. I use them to freeze broth. Once frozen, I pop them out and store in freezer bags which keeps them ready for the next batch of leftovers or broth. They wash well and I like that there is a 4 oz. marking and 8 oz. marking.
