After getting a very nice large waterfall sink, we needed something just to do some quick dishes in without having to fill the huge sink. This works great.

When I camp I cook and clean up outside since my travel trailer is very small. I was intrigued by the strainer basket that comes with this basin. The whole setup is quite shallow but I think it works well to soak dishes prior to cleaning or to just wash utensils, small plates and bowls. The filter basket allows for food debris to sink to the bottom so your dishes aren't sitting in it. Good idea just wish it was deeper.
Will only be able to use this for small items, fruits, vegetables. Being able to plug the bottom pan is a nice feature.
Love it, it's more modern than the tub looking ones. Get lots of compliments on it.
This is very durable. I wasn't quite sure it would be when I ordered it, but I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy this is. I have some of the deeper, lighter basins but this one makes draining and rinsing whatever I am washing so much easier. I wanted this for my RV to save on water use and to have a separate basin for washing fresh fruits and vegetables without using the sink. It works great for that. This is very thick like industrial crates, and I could see this being used to clean tools or parts with no issue except the drain plug, maybe. It has not failed or leaked for me, but it is sort of precarious for solvents or any leak if that is a concern. I have found that if I wet the gasket on the plug and turn it slightly when placing it over the drain, it seems to seal fine. It's probably fine without doing that, but that is what I have done every time I used it because it just seemed that I should. If I were using this on a table or counter or somewhere a leak might be a big problem, I would likely cover the drain with some foil or something or maybe get one of the larger rubber tub stoppers that lie flat across the drain. I use it in the sink and will sometimes use it outside when camping, so I have not had a need to do this. I really like this for saving water and not needing to clean my sink as often. I would trust this to carry dishes from the table to the sink as it is at least as durable as restaurant bussing bins, just smaller. I would order this again and recommend it.
I like old tools, it’s a problem. I ordered this washing tub to use as a parts washer for all the 100 year old, rusty hand tools I accumulate. Usually when I’m cleaning tools, saw blades or fishing lures this basin/strainer combo works great. I don’t use any really harsh chemicals, usually I just soak things in Simple Green and use a scrub brush or a stainless at brass wire brush. Having the strainer makes it extremely easy to put things and take them out without having to get my hands soaked in cleaner. The drain plug design leaves a little to be desired. It fits in the drain hole, centered on the bottom of the tub. There is no way to lock it in place. I haven’t had any issues with it but it makes me a little nervous.
