This is absolutely one of the best inventions for your kitchen...especially when making stuffed peppers and salads. I love mine so much I've bought another for my granddaughter for her kitchen. Goid price. Too. Give it 5 stars and the heartiest recommdation.
I always forget i bought this! It mostly works for big bell peppers. Not sure the smaller insert would work for jalapeños but hasn't tried. You just need to touch them up. Great if you want to stuff them!

Do not buy all it did was squash the pepper down. What a Mess!
This 2-in-1 pepper corer and seed remover is a great tool for larger peppers, making prep quick and easy. It’s a bit tricky to use on smaller peppers, but it cuts cleanly and works well overall.
I use a lot of peppers, and I thought this would help with prep time. It's durable, and easy to clean. However the one size fits all model doesn't work well here, as peppers come in so many sizes. It's not sharp, so it takes some effort to penetrate the peppers. Unless the stem is perfectly straight you'll have to remove it first. Then you end up with the core removed, but there's still lots of cleanup of the pepper needed. It's easier for me to just use a paring knife to slice through the segments and remove the core.
A little hard to use on smaller peppers but great on bigger ones
